Rude Team that called me out the blue then got angry when I did the search myself
Had a call from this company, they made zero effort to actually explain who they were, essentially coming across as a scam. They continued to pressure me into needing their help (more similarities to a scam call) to which I declined and then hung up. I googled the company and did the search myself, through a safe link, not the one I was texted by someone calling me out of the blue. I then received a call from the person I originally spoke to insulting me, saying I should have trusted someone who called me out the blue with no evidence of who they were.

Avoid these like the plague! I get hounded 4 times a day, i ended my relationship with them within a week of initial call. now constant calling, just had a call where they claim to be black horse finance! completely illegal! will be reporting them to the FCA and Ombudsman!!!

The staff were all very polite and professional and were very good at explaining the different procedures each call. My last call was from Elliott who was very nicely spoken and expressive, explaining that this is the final stage and has now all been agreed for the claim to go ahead.
