One of their fitters, Steve, was on our site and quoted us £1900 to fit new plastic felt trays and refitted the roof tiles to cure a roof leak. Steve was very professional and polite. Imagine my dismay when another leak appeared two weeks later! I rang the company today and spoke with Joe, whose tone was remarkably aggressive and refused to give his surname (what has he to hide?) Owing to the distance from the company to Cornwall, and his insistence on using the same fitter, it could be months before Steve could return. Why take on jobs so far away if there is an issue in servicing repairs/queries? I am in the process of using a local roofer to assess the issue and approach Joe for reimbursement if necessary. I would never even think of using this company again, regardless of this issue, when people like Mr. Joseph X have that degree of aggression toward customers. One wonders if the Managing Director, Mrs Avril CASSELLS, is aware of this gentleman's approach?

An emergency due to water leak in kitchen.

After our park home sale fell through due to a couple of issues with the survey we decided to get a few quotes and called Joe at parkhomedoctors.co.uk to get some repairs completed . Joe explained everything that they do and how it gets done to a quality standard (Very knowledgeable). He arranged for Steve and Billy to visit within a week and get all the work completed in 3 days so we could put it back on the market asap with all the repairs completed that was on the original survey.
The guys worked through during the hottest days this June (Big Thank you Steve &Billy),
They also found a problem that was missed on the survey and fixed it without any problem.
We would recommend this company for being so friendly and professional.

This company may be knowledgeable experts but their approach is so aggressive and bullying they would never get my custom. Beware when they say ‘no free estimates’ - when you need help they will take advantage.

So, I found Park Home Doctors online and was encouraged by the 15 year guarantee on exterior painting because they mix silicon with the Resitex product. I felt I was taking a bit of a gamble, especially given certain comments online, but after they reduced the price I decided to get them to paint my home. The guys who did the painting were very respectful and easy to get on with. The standard of workmanship seems to be reasonable and I have my 15 year guarantee. I'm very much hoping my gamble will pay off but I won't know for some years!
