Too cumbersome to set up account
Too cumbersome to set up account, payment type, car location, on web browser on smartphone.
Impossible to add more time and pay for extended parking time.

Overnight Parking allowed.
We liked the option to park in this lot, because we were staying downtown that evening and our truck would not fit in the hotel parking garage, so luckily, this lot offered the option park overnight. Perfect!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Showed up at my reserved parking time and lot was sold out.Waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to leave and no one did. Had to leave and pay to park a second time in a larger competitors garage. What’s the point of reserving a space if they oversell the lot? I called the phone number on the parking permit and got voicemail. Left a message!so hopefully they will respond and refund my card. Do not recommend this lot.

Very expensive but easy to use to throw money away!! Next time UBER!!
It was easy to use but very expensive. For 3 hours-$20.65 then added another 2 hours and it was another $20.65! That's crazy!!!

I received a ticket for a vehicle that…
I received a ticket for a vehicle that wasn’t mine. The vehicle shown in the picture was neither my license plate nor a vehicle I owned. I received multiple tickets for the vehicle, and then was asked to prove how this vehicle wasn’t mine although it wasn’t even registered to me. It has taken 2 weeks of emails and they still continue to ask me to prove how it’s not my vehicle.

When I put in my license it kept…
When I put in my license it kept changing my license number by one letter. I called 3 times and no one could help me. They just kept saying try a different phone which I tried.

Cheaper parking closer
Parking in public parking right up the street was $10 cheaper. I felt like a sucker for parking in your lot.
