First time using parking.com. Went to Reds opened day, paid $30 online the night before and had a great spot reserved. Will definitely use again!

Pretty easy to use
Pretty easy to use, the only thing I would adjust is a better confirmation indicating the spot was secure. Aside from that no issues.

Parking lost was a little messy
Parking lost was a little messy. Lines were not clear. You should also put the price on the board for the fee for parking for a special event so people don't have to come and scan the QR code.

Waaaaay to expensive
Waaaaay to expensive, walking down the street I found a covered parking for $8.00 for two hours and on yours I paid more than 10.00 a hour.

Had a spot reserved and prepaid. When we got there the lot was full and blocked off. There were signs stating the were renting spots for $45.

Selected a parking space
Selected a parking space, and when I arrive bed, there was no space available.
I called customer support, they understood and said they would issued a refund.
That was a week ago and still no refund.
Still waiting!

Poor signage
We pulled into the street lot that I thought was correct but the address posted (110 W 3rd) wasn’t the same as the one on my confirmation (100 W 3rd). There was no clear signage that I could identify confirming the 3rd and Race street lot. Afraid of being towed, I left the lot and ended up parking in an adjacent garage for an additional fee. $20 spent for nothing.

Wish I could give a zero star rating. Small lot no place to park. Shame on them for selling passes for nonexistent spots. 😡
