There was a fee charged that was not stated on the sign. The sign states a flat fee that included sales tax but the service fee was added on top of that with no notice.

It’s good and it gives detailed instructions to park in the field.

It’s a great app, the only thing missing is creating a button to stop the parking and reimburse when you leave. Like I’ve parked that day for 2 hours but paid for 3 hours. When I left there was no button for reimbursement. Even after the three hours were about to be done, the app asked me if I wanted to extend the parking. Like NO, I left early and would’ve loved a refund for the hour I didn’t use.

I had accidentally paid for parking for 1 day on the app and when I called customer services they were able to help me out and fix the issue right away. Great customer service. Parking was easy and to pay online was even easier to navigate. I love how after the time is coming to an end they send txt message as a reminder and if needed to add more money for more time you can pay through online. It was so convient.

Had to cancel, no problem. No stress. Good prices. I highly recommend them. Customers come first here.

The whole thing was confusing
I didn’t click on $64 and got charged for it.
I only wanted two hours
I will never do this ever again. I will take a bus next time.
