It's my first time to use the app and…
It's my first time to use the app and it was not hard to figure it out. But one deficiency was that the app doesn't remember my password. So I had to type my user name and password every time I had to renew my parking session. It's quite annoying.
Also, when I paid for the parking session first then created an account, it couldn't find my session when I log in.

I had to refill time yet I was charged…
I had to refill time yet I was charged credit card fees EACH time... pricing doesn't make sense because when I refilled... The day pass was cheaper than what I paid... It should have automatically just charged me the day pass... If everything is going to be online there is a simple code they can integrate to just charge the day pass if the user collectively pays over the cost of the day pass..
