Got to garage, wouldn’t allow in. Said they were full. Told them I have reservation and they said that don’t mean nothing.

Good job assessing prior damage!
Although I've parked in quite a few garages, this is the first time parking at this facility and the first one that did a "walk around damage assessment" before accepting my vehicle. This is an excellent practice. Please continue.

double billed
The garage was fine. I pre-paid for the spot on my laptop. I never received the email. I had to the re-book on my phone. I paid twice. I explained to the attendant at the garage what happened (since it was a reservation). He said not to worry, as they only put the charge through once after I leave. But when I got my credit card bill, I was billed twice. Other than that, it was a good location, and the price was cheaper than 3 round trip tickets on Metro North.
