Got to garage, wouldn’t allow in. Said they were full. Told them I have reservation and they said that don’t mean nothing.

The parking garage said they were…
The parking garage said they were booked and had no room even though I had reservations from parking.com. They made me late for my interview because now I had to go around Manhattan looking for where to park for like an hour. That was a nightmare. Never doing this again!!!

Parking was great
Parking was great. We got an amazing deal by using parking.com. The only suggestion I would say is the accuracy of the map directions. NYC can be difficult to find things and with it not being 100% accurate it took us around a few unnecessary turns. Other than that very happy!

Amazing place to park
Amazing place to park. Location was perfect. Walking distance to China town, and subway was just steps away for a complete city experience.
Amazing customer service. If I had more stars I would give it to them. The manager was extremely helpful and kind and even walked us out onto the street to show us how to get to the subway and China town.
Highly recommend this parking location.

Such a breeze!
Honest to goodness, my overall experience using online reservation at parking.com was a breeze. And I went in and out with no problem. Nice people that assisted the valet parking. Will be using the same online parking reservation next time. I was a little worried and anxious as a first timer but everything went so great and I am one happy customer! Great job!

Garage was very easy to navigate to
Garage was very easy to navigate to, and I reserved and paid ahead of time online. Service was good, never had to wait more than 5 minutes, and car was well taken care of. Will definitely use again when driving into downtown.

Online reservations are so great
Online reservations are so great. Pay ahead of time and know you have a spot before you arrive. No driving around to find a different garage because the one you planned on was full. A little expensive but it is parking in Manhattan!
