I was charged $15.99 for 2 hours due to a baseball game being in my area. I work at a federal building and needed to pick up some equipment which cost me too much to park and I wasn’t even there the full 2 hours. The game was over at 7 I arrived at 6

Lot closed, still charged
Use of the app was fine, but when I arrived to the lot, it was closed. I attempted to cancel my transaction, but it was after the reserved time, which did not allow me to cancel. Attempted to call customer service, no answer. Appears I’m out the money as there does not seem to be a way to request a refund.
If a lot is unavailable, You should remove it from your app.

The parking lot was closed for renovations when I arrived. I called and got an answering machine. Still waiting to get a refund.

Having the parking arranged before the event was helpful and gave me a lot of comfort. I don’t understand, though, what would have happened if the lot had filled with public parkers who just came that night and paid. Since there was no person there to make sure that the pre-paying customers would have a space, it seems I could have found myself without a spot. Is that right?

It was raining so hard that I can’t barely see it. And it is my first time to park there. Having a hard time to use the machine or maybe just my phone having trouble. Otherwise, it helps me and my friends a lot because it’s only a few steps to the immigration where we going.
