Reported to International Parking Community and Trading Standards UK

Reported this company to the International Parking Community and Trading Standards UK. We received a ticket on our rented EV whilst it was charging in non-enforceable charging bay. The other 2 privately owned EVs who also received tickets the same day successfully appealed their tickets. We have now sent 3 emails and rather than reply to us, they have contacted our rental company who obviously cant appeal on our behalf. This is despite sending them all the required documents. Disgraceful company.

No stars to this scamming company they put tickets on my vehicle even though I have a valid permit for where I live mad thing people with no permit park in my bay and get no ticket this is a scammer of a compony I can't stand these people outright scammers no good blood suckers they like vampires bunch of wrongens

Shameful

You dont know what a stressful experience that was .last thing you think of is to go look for a sign to see if any scum company is in place scamming honest people . I will pay fine a just to say myself my wife and the aa man are still alive . If it happens ever again I will stop on live carriage way so police have to come and waste their time. People like you are a disgrace. There were never charges on motorway services it's companies like your which makes this country what it is today

Virtual parking app is crap! Pres Trump should bomb them next!

Very good at giving fines to residents but completely useless at doing patrols and catching those who park where they shouldn't. Pointless Self Enforcement App... does almost nothing besides tell you that your photos are sometimes too far away, sometimes too close up and sometimes not enough. Do they think I have time to give the car a photoshoot? Just turn up and do your job and make the money.

Residential Private land and parking management

On public roads, parking is controlled by statutory legislation such as traffic laws and regulations. Enforcement is carried out under legal authority, not through contracts.

On private land, parking operates under contract law. This means a valid contract must exist between the driver and the land operator. For a contract to be formed, there must be an offer (for example, permission to park), acceptance by the driver, consideration, and clear terms. If the terms state that a permit is required, or that parking is limited to a certain time, then failing to comply can result in a Parking Charge Notice as a breach of contract.

However, where signage on private land states “No Parking at Any Time” or creates an absolute prohibition, there is no offer to park. Without an offer, there can be no acceptance, no consideration, and therefore no contract. In such situations, any issue would be a matter of trespass, which is the responsibility of the landowner, not a contractual parking matter enforceable by a parking operator. Full restrictions mean no parking at any time and this is trespass and you can sue parking management if they access your personal data through dvla and take them to court

This company needs to be put out of business.

the absolute worst customer service / company / trading standards / enforcement i've ever come across in my life. they will give out tickets in error and then tell you they cant do anything about it, send fake photos, lie. it's impossible to have a conversation with their customer service / account management team. if they don't know what to tell you or they know youre in the right - they just pass the phone to another department then that department keeps you on hold. i was on hold for 1 hour and 6 minutes and still nothing. if i didnt put the phone down they would of had me on hold all day just because they didnt want to answer

I live on a property that is managed by…

I live on a property that is managed by PCM. I have for several weeks now been emailing and using their report vehicle function to complain about a person who is parking in my bay no response. No traffic warden or no result K have not seen anyone ever visit in the car has been consistently parking in my bay.

This has caused me a great deal of exhaustion and stress. Still no action.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (1 Star – Worst Experience Ever)

Absolutely disgraceful company with zero compassion or common sense.

I stopped outside my own home for less than 5 minutes with hazard lights on because I had to urgently take my daughter to hospital. This was a genuine emergency.

Despite providing evidence and explaining the situation clearly in my appeal, Parking Control Management refused to even consider it. No empathy. No flexibility. No humanity.

This company seems far more interested in issuing tickets than doing the right thing. Penalising a parent dealing with a medical emergency is beyond unreasonable.

Their appeals process feels like a complete waste of time — it’s clearly designed to reject people regardless of circumstances.

If you’re a landowner considering using this company, think twice. This is how they treat residents and families in crisis.

I will be taking this further and warning everyone I can about their behaviour.

Avoid at all costs.

Bunch of crooks

Bunch of crooks. Fined for not parking in a marked bay at the end of the day at Fort Birmingham. Poorly lit and almost empty car park.
Owners of the Fort should be aware that they are sub contracting to a scam.

Ridiculous areas are policed by shady characters concealing their whereabouts. Accepted the fine but very hard to pay as website not working nor phone lines working properly. Eventually managed to pay on phone automatically but not comfortable leaving my card details.

I Was at fort bham had blue badge parked correctly in disabled parking bay with disabled car on dash with my severly disabled son ran in to card shop as he wanted to get me balloons birthday card . As coming out a weird man looking under car and around it i thought cannibilism or trying to take it. He walked off i said excuse me what was you doing around my car he blanked i then sped up i he said your blue badge i said yes whst sbout it . I said will i get fine he said yes i said what for he said f off white b to me i said pardon what for he put camera in my face as he turned it off prior . Wouldnt give me is romanian name walked off . My disable son cryinf scared . Onlookers watched my son as i went to the fort managemebt office nadine said would help phoned the operations manager pcm andrew oliver he spoke to me on his phone said my blue badge covered last digit i said the man swore abuse he said alex his name whilst in office snd shoppers watching my son alex came bk to my car took pics of csr and son. Guess what andrew oliver didnt phone me back as promised my son was breaking his heart scared and the ticket banker laughed in my face and swore in his romanian language at me and son . £100 fine . Its ok as immagration phoned as ther have 78 percent romanian employees without visas and work permits working for them

Scammers

Scammers. I parked 5 minutes to withdraw cash and they didn’t put any ticket on my windscreen. I received a fine in the mail after 8 days.

One of the worst companies when it comes to dealing with its customers. Seems like you have to wait & wait wait and they don't care about you. This is utterly disappointing. I wonder where is the state? Where is the gov?

unreliable appeal upload system

upload of evidence of valid permit to the website.. get a letter weeks letter saying it wasn't attached, on hold for 30 mins to be told only option is to try again or post it. admitted on phone that this has happened before to other people

Disgraceful Incompetent Company!!

This company is a disgrace. I received a fine for illegally parking in London when I'd been nowhere near London. Vehicle in the evidence photos has a different registration number. Multiple e-mails and phone calls and I still haven't received my refund.

on 300 supreme surgery PCN

on 06/11/25 on 300 supreme surgery, regents park road, N3 2JX , I got a ticket even though there is fully displayed in the windscreen a valid, disabled Blue Badge.
I consider it disgusting and very bad behavior to give a PCN to an 82yrs old, disabled, with broken hip, walking stick, and heart pulse monitor, who had to see the medical doctor.
Seems this company does its business while disrespecting Disabled citizens!!!
watch out!!!
By the way, 24 hours later, their web site does not accept the car number or PCN number???
