No point commenting really as it seems they don't even recognise Trustpilot. They lost my Blue Card details and now issue me with a fine each time I visit the hospital. All I get is a preformatted reply when I appeal.

I have had 4 tickets in the last two weeks outside my home in car park . I have a valid permit which I was told by my council it’s all done virtually now and these private company’s have no right to give tickets .
I appealed tickets sending them my active permit and they have declined my appeal . Absolutely ridiculous already paying £120 per year to park outside my own home without having to sort this each week

Worth taking them to court, judge is so against them. Have appealed several of their very dubious tickets and successful on every occasion. Worse case you pay the fine, but they incur huge costs. Deserve everything they get.

These guys are predators.
The appeals are pointless because they just reply with a template. They dont suspend the fine whilst you appeal. This is because they control the company IAS , who are the company you can appeal to. How do i know?
The letter from PCM saying my fine had gone up because my appeal failed was sent the day before i received an email from IAS saying my appeal failed.
I had two different tickets and the response from IAS ( who are controlled by the solicitors of PCM) was exactly the same for both.
Shame on our politicians for allowing these vultures to fleeces us and skim over a £Billion per year whilst we go through a cost of living crisis.
They were exposed by Watchdog, but being shameless, they just continue their nefarious practices.

If I could have put a. 0 I would of. Money grabbing company. I lost a family member and I had to get her death certificate into the bank cos the funeral director needed payment 48 hours before the funeral and it was a Friday. I explained this to them in an email and I had the highway book thrown at me. Tamping. I paid the fine. They get u wherever you are. Even outside schools now and everyone knows how hard it is to park outside them. It’s pure money making

Issued a parking ticket for parking over 24hours in a visitors bay - which we did not. We have evidence of parking at several different places placing us at the car park in question by 6:20pm and was issued a ticket at 3am the following morning. That is clearly not 24hours. Absolute scam of a company who make their appeals longer than the fine increase, impossible to reach through any kind of customer service. It is plainly frustrating that such a company exists.

Absolute bs at Goffs - Cheshunt and the School knowingly let them get away with it. The local councillor should be notified.

I question the ethics of PCM as a whole, which seem to think by putting news flashes on its home page of county court judgements won, probably as a mean to frighten and deter people from following up with an appeal, abhorrant. The original PCNs are sent in a very small font which require magnification and contains little information i.e. postcode, other evidence. The only thing that is in a large clear font is the payment process. Shame on our country on allowing parasitical companies as such to exist

Resident of Hendon Waterside. Received a ticket for unloading my baby in front of my house. Currently at the escalated part of the appeals process before heading to arbitration. I am not feeling hopeful.

The descriptions of this company on other reviews are not incorrect. I take comfort in the fact that the residents here are making their feelings clear to the management of the development who will look to replace PCM with another company who don’t take advantage of young parents and vulnerable people.

Bottom of the barrel scum, just a massive money making scheme. I would give no stars if I could. Customer service is absolutely awful too.

website is utter trash and they're only great at fining your own guests but not actually being useful nor helpful when you want to report a car that's not authorised to park in the space you own

Took forever to respond to an appeal. By the time you get their snail mail, you would have to pay the full charge

I am a resident of St lukes Court. You're giv8ng me tickets when you know my car is registered on that address. I live there. You're not protecting residents. You're breaching my tenants agreement of peace

I phoned PCM today to buy a scratch card to use when visiting my daughter for a few days on Thursday. At 2.15 pm I was dismayed to find I was 17th in the queue, their permit line closes 3 pm so I thought I'd be too late. Whilst waiting, I tried to set up to buy online but my query meant I really needed to speak to someone.
Tracy answered at 2.45 and instead of rushing me through, she spent time answering my query and waited until after 3 pm while I accessed additional information. Thank you Tracy for going the extra mile!

Ticketed my LEGALLY parked, SORNED car

This cretinous company stands for everything that makes me sick of this country.

They wont do anything about someone else parked in your designated car bay underground but they will fine you £60 if ur parked upstairs waiting for someone to get down to your spot, with the engine on.. in the car!
Ironically, they are doing the same thing taking pictures of you. Scum.

This company is a scam

The guy watched me struggle putting two young children In the car and still stood there and took photos of my car. All I was doing was safetly putting my two babies in the car outside my flat to then take my cat to the vets.
