I did deliver food to a customer where I didn't even parked my car, the customer come down to the parking and I handed over, I was there for 1 min and 14 sec and they gave me ticket and on the top of it they didn't even care when I told them why I was there. Greedy pigs. I hope you order a food one day and I deliver to you. I swear Ill do my second business to this burgers or whatever you order and I'll hand over to you like that. And I know you ordering takeaways because I did deliver few times to your office.

Disgrace of a company. The Uk government should ban companies like this. All they want is your money. No regard for anything. Like they wait for you to make a mistake and boom! Who gives ticket at 2am?
Even if your permit is displayed, they make it look like it’s been tampered with. Very useless company and cowards. Quick to sell to debt recovery agents. How can I get ticket for parking on my own lot? These people should be banned in my honest opinion. You park in front of even a coop shop in your own estate to shop, you get a parking charge notice. Phoenix quarters should do away with these heartless humans. It is terrible to own a house there cos of these people.
I am a resident, I have a designated lot, they are still quick to give tickets when they claim they can’t read the permit. Are we complaining?

Would score zero if I could.

Received a fine for parking in my own parking space outside my house. Permit had slipped onto the floor when I closed the door and conveniently was left out of the pictures the leech of a parking attendant took, despite still being able to see it through the passenger side window. Of course my appeal was rejected, accompanied by the most condescending note. I am not a child, merely an adult who made a human error. Absolutely appalling treatment.

These are crooks mainly made up of theives they will try and steal your money you must stand up to these muggers they should be in prison for extortion & theft

Scam of a company, parked up to visit a friend and fly out to Istanbul, also displayed permits for my stay and asked if my friends flat mates could renew the permits once they ran out, which they did. Didn't try and look at the permit and still gave me a ticket when the permit was displayed on the dash which I can toughly recall it was on top of the dash. Have appealed but like these robbing scammers they will do anything to avoid it, wont be paying this at all. Useless.

I live in a block of flats which has a private car park controlled by P.C.M. Parking bays for residents and visitor bays are there. Notices are displayed saying it is private. An abandoned vehicle (Land Rover Discovery) has been left on the car park since 4th May 2023 taking up two bays. I've reported it to P.C.M. and they haven't put a ticket on it and haven't penalised it. Terrible service. I get the feeling the novelty has worn off when it comes to parking enforcement. 0 out of 10 service.

Absolutely disgusted with this company.
May 12th 2023 car broke down in a retail park. RAC were called and came within 2 hours Our starter motor had jammed.

We get letter saying we are being fined for staying in excess of three hours.

I sent email explaining situation and also I included full fault report from RAC which states 'Starter motor jammed..car is immovable".

Sent appeal in with RAC report which CLEARLY states what was wrong with car etc etc.

Today received letter saying our appeal has been rejected .. this is what it more or less said.

"If One had taken the time to look at the signage and telephoned PCM immediately then it could have been dealt with".
PCM..question for you.. if "one" had rung up as you suggested what would YOU have done about our car?.. would you haved called a mechanic?... I doubt that

. As I said in my reply to that "how many folk who break down in a retail park think "Oh!.. I'd better ring PCM up".. bloody none I bet as like us they would be more bothered about getting their car sorted.

Disgraceful company with idiotic excuses of how to get public to pay.

Told PCM I'm seeking legal advice as they are totally out of order

Update: email sent to local MP . MP has sent letter to PCM on our behalf as he agrees this is unacceptable and we have genuine mitigating circumstances why we should not have to pay. Awaiting reply from our MP.

These private parking companies are parasites and need stopping .

UPDATE; Our local MP is now involved with this.. however in meantime the 2nd apeal to Independent appeals service has also been rejected .
This is out of order. PCM and IAS are leeches.. parasitic excuses for human beings.
By the way PCM we won't be bullied or harassed into paying your fine based on the fact your flimsy excuse being "if one had telephoned PCM it would have been dealt with".

I suspect Live chat doesn’t exist. No answer on phone. No acknowledgment of appeal. Will be forced to pay so as not to be liable for higher amount.

Run by a bunch of fools! Reported the same car for over 6 months and these bunch of low life’s can’t do anything about it. I have escalated this to The council and advised the council to look for another company as residents are very very unhappy with this crap company!

I am a health visitor and was issued a ticket whilst visiting a client. Appealed to no avail. This company is a scam

Total scam of company , my dad is disabled and holds a blue badge which unfortunately fell off the dashboard when shutting the door, appealed to this lot with surprise surprise no success so took it to IAS, sent prove of the badge and explain what happened surprise surprise dismissed it.. these companies should not be allowed to trade.. no common sense or benefit of the doubt.. rip off merchants

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Parking Control Management UK (PCM), and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. PCM's so-called "parking enforcement" tactics are nothing more than a blatant scam, designed to exploit innocent residents and line their own pockets with undeserved fines.

To begin with, PCM issued a parking notice to me, claiming that I had parked outside my designated bay. However, the truth of the matter was that my bay was indisputably occupied by someone else's vehicle at the time. It was clear to anyone with a functioning pair of eyes that I was not at fault, yet PCM had no qualms about exploiting this situation to extort money from me.

The level of incompetence displayed by PCM is truly astonishing. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for basic facts is evident in their actions. Instead of conducting a thorough investigation or even bothering to verify the circumstances, they choose to blindly issue fines without any regard for the truth. It's a shame that an organization like PCM is allowed to operate and prey on innocent individuals who are simply trying to go about their daily lives.

But it doesn't stop there. PCM's customer service is equally atrocious. When I attempted to reach out to them to rectify their mistake, I was met with nothing but indifference and apathy. Their representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed more interested in defending their unjust actions than in providing any form of resolution. It is abundantly clear that PCM's sole objective is to squeeze as much money out of people as possible, regardless of whether or not they are actually guilty of any wrongdoing.

I strongly urge anyone who encounters PCM to exercise extreme caution. They are nothing more than a group of shameless scammers who have no regard for truth, fairness, or the well-being of the communities they operate in. Their actions tarnish the reputation of legitimate parking enforcement agencies and contribute to a general sense of mistrust and frustration among residents.

In conclusion, Parking Control Management UK (PCM) is a despicable organization that should not be allowed to operate under any circumstances. Their predatory tactics, complete disregard for facts, and lackluster customer service make them a blight on the parking enforcement industry. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from PCM and report their deceptive practices to the appropriate authorities.

Disgrace of a company! No regard for disabled people and those assisting the vulnerable. Total scam, deserve no stars whatsoever! Dropped off medication to a bedbounded family member and was less than 30 seconds, I hope that those working for this disgraceful company never need assistance.

The car park space has been paid and the Sales Team from Barratt Homes confirmed to First Port Management that I am entitled for the space. Abi from PCM advised that the permit is approved and my vehicle registered on their system, however, the result is I received 3 PCNs in total saying that all the appeals rejected, and I have to report to IAS for further assistance. The operative PM023 is totally unprofessional and be careful of object.

The lady from customer service team showed poor attitude and she never attempted to help. Tried to call again to raise the complaint but just hanged off my call. Awful experience and this company should never exist.

I am a Palliative Care Nurse working for my Local Hospice. I had a call to.go.out to a dying patient to support the patient in pain and her family. Family said to me on telephone just park in the car park its OK to park there. It was 8pm on a very dark winter evening. I was on my own in a very vulnerable area. I did not see signs and was eager to get to.my dying patient. I came out to find a parking guy put a ticket in.my hand. I have appealed twice been rejected. Now going to debt collectors and they want £100. Shocking uncaring people. I hope they never need a nurse to visit them for pain relief when they are dying.

For some unknown reason, I assume because they were the cheapest option, this useless company were elected to patrol our private carpark.

Every single day since I moved here I park in MY allocated space that was allocated upon purchase of a property, every day my permit is on display. On this one unfortunate occasion it had been blown down off of the dashboard and these sneaky, light fingered cowboys happen to give me a ticket about 5 minutes after I had gotten out of the car. I sent pictures to prove it had fallen down and that I do in fact have a valid permit and that this is in fact MY parking space, yet they rejected and still want £60. I am disgusted with the service, on many occasions they’ve failed to give tickets to those who park without a permit and those who park in the disabled bays without badges, commercial vehicles are parking without any consequence which is apparently not allowed but no charge for them either!
My car is in this space 90% of the time as I work from home so it’s very possible they would have recognised the car and seen a permit on it before, yet they can barely wait for me to get out of the car before they slap a ticket on it.
I can see by the rest of the reviews that they seem to focus their energy on giving tickets to people caught in unfortunate circumstances.
outrageous and disgusting, times are financially difficult and £60 is a lot of money to some people, I am upset and anxious about paying this much for an unfortunate mistake that couldn’t have been avoided. They must have no conscience what so ever.

Terrible, issued ticket to resident with a permit who was unloading to property. But didn’t issue a ticket to a van who has been parked day and night and didn’t have a permit. Not interested in appeals. Awful company.

Aldi and Lidl have made a huge PR blunder employing these rip off merchants to patrol their car parks. I got an invoice for supposedly having a wheel on a white dividing line. Even if this were true - it isn't according to the pics - the tiny spaces sometimes make my small custom van impossible to park and actually get out of the van and enable others to get in to their cars on the other side. Since this is a hire vehicle the invoice was paid on my behalf not even giving me the chance to appeal. I will appeal anyway and take it to the IPC. At a time when everyone is struggling I wonder how these criminals sleep at night. I wonder if they were on their doorsteps clapping my NHS wife in 2020.

Useless company, customer service is awful. So I have a mortgaged property for which the developers decided to get PCM in to monitor visiting spaces. I have two spaces at the rear of my property and never requested for these to be monitored. The jobsworth parking guy will look for any excuse to penalise the residents even when the permit is displayed he will take pictures to make it look like it isn’t! Terrible company, why do companies like this exist!
