There should be an App. I have had problems in the past with customers double booking the same spot despite me accepting the original booking.

Easy to find and good communication
Easy to find and good communication. Thank you.
Took 90 minutes to get out on to the A316 afterwards, not sure if this was an issue with the traffic lights or just volume of people getting home.

Tricky to get there but great service
The navigation around the website was a bit tricky - found a spot I wanted to book, but the login screen would take me to home page - by the time I'd find the spot I wanted again I'd be logged out again for some reason. But eventually I managed and the service was impeccable, couldn't fault it.
