Attempted to park in Slade Road Ipswich, ref 8000.
Website said no such car park. Eventually it found 8000.
Then said my UK DVLA purchased number plate was invalid.

I found their carpark information misleading and their website very difficult to use. Avoid if possible would be my advice.
Disgusting. Took £30 out of my account without any permission, even though I paid a parking session of £10+ that day for my actual stay, and again over the next 3 days. I have contacted multiple times over the past two months on their app support page and also messaging on Facebook. Absolutely no reply. Shock.
Cowboy company. Zero stars. Will be involving Ombudsman to resolve this pathetic, pointless issue. Astonishing that they are operating at all with such a defunct app and this sort of seedy theft.

if the machine is not taking coins you can not pay online ,you can not pay via phone app , it seems to be engineered to make you get a 80pound fine . The car park in Hull near st stephens is a complete tip uneven levels .dont waste your time trying to use the app or website it simply wont take you ccv number . something very odd going on guessing its a scam of some sort .
Zero stars if I could. Rip off. Company does their best not to help. The app is rubbish. Their machines hardly work. Can’t pay online as debit cards can’t be added. This company is a con. Can’t get hold of any member of staff.
Charge twice for the same parking event - during which time my car was seriously vandalised, to add insult to injury! Failed to respond to emails querying double payment, then finally sent an acknowlegement which said I could track progress of the ticket on my account - but the ticket was not shown there. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Easy to use when all goes well but if there's a problem they are not interested
What a complete SCAM. Arrived on the car park on Crystal Road, Blackpool. Car park almost empty. We were staying for 4 days so cost was £25. The pay machine only takes coins and I did not have enough but a sign said I could pay via Mobile phone. I tried, tried and tried and could not get through. The sign also said I could pay using the website Parkonomy.com. which turned out to be part of the scam. A "pop up" to select the end date disappears everytime you try to click on it and so is impossible to use. So i just selected 1 week stay for £35 - but the website would NOT accept any sort of card. It is a HUGE CON designed to prevent people from paying so they get a huge fine instead!! I took screen images and went back to the car park and moved my car, once I had taken photographs of the machine and signs for evidence because I knew I would be getting a fine through the post!!! No wonder the park was virtually empty!!
I got the expected fine for £100, reduced to £60 if paid quickly. The letter also explained I could appeal within 21 days of the letters date, which was for 11 days before the letter arrived!!!! SO that left 10 days - another part of the scam. I e-mailed "North West Car Parks" photographic proof I had tried to pay by mobile as well as screen shots showing their website for the con it is. I also listed all MY COSTS for reading e-mails, letters, travelling to court etc if they decided to continue because I would not pay the fine. My penailty was cancelled!!
No contact number. Its taken my payment for the wrong car I can't get hold of anyone. Atrocious customer service
This company is rubbish..no one uses them if they have a choice ...but if you want to park where they are the provider you have no choice.
i get no invoices to claim back my parking costs for business ..there web site constantly shows no session active or ever booked and there support section shows no complaint tickets when i have an email from them showing my ticket number.
i cant find their ceo's email on the internet ... i thought all registered companies had to show there ceo's emails .. i believe this company is defrauding its customers but withholding invoices for services given.
sort it out parkonomy ... my advice to others is park anywhere else you can not in a parkonomy carpark.
when you get a ticket you wont be able to prove you paid.. !!!
Use this local car park regularly
Used a couple of weeks ago but forgot to pay parking (50p) contacted parkonmy the next day and as it was in the 24hr period I just paid what I owed and got a receipt by email this is excellent and fair company to deal with

Paid for car parking for a few months but due to COVID am no longer travelling into London. Contacted them a number of times asking for a refund for the car parking I no longer need but they are completely unresponsive.
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DON’T RESPOND TO EMAILS..
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND USE ANOTHER CAR PARK IF YOU CAN.

I went over by five minutes today and have been trying to pay the 4 pound for the extra hour. I just want to pay the extra hour so I dont get fined.The website wont process the payment. Ive tried a few cards and a few people have tried for me. The problem is not at my end.
Worst car parking company going. You cant call them or speak to anyone. Parked in workshop yesterday and left 1hr later, paid the ticket. Went back today and says i never left and trying to charge me for 24hrs parking. And now cannot speak to anyone to sort it 😡
Can anyone please tell me how we pay for our parking, yesterday we went to Southport and parked at ocean plaza which was free for 3 hours but we were there for almost 4 hours so we tried to pay &4.00 for the extra and couldn’t pay anywhere.so I’ve tried to pay today but not having any joy I have registered with them and still nothing please help as I do not want a parking fine.

The parking in Manchester in Rochdale Road is horror! So many potholes and very deep!
Much cheaper than other Manchester car parks and close to Park Inn where we stayed, booked from lunch time to lunch time the following day, on arrival not too impressed just an open/missing gate with cars parked inside an enclosed space, only problem was no parking spaces as the car park was also a pay and display so obviously in the outskirts of Manchester was overflowing with workers cars and no reserved spaces for bookings. No staff whatsoever on duty so phoned the only number on display to be connected to head office in London to be told that they do not reserve places for bookings, first come first served, so obviously arriving later in the day the chance of a parking spot available would be fortunate indeed, only advise given was to move to another car park some distance away and recontact them if parking there so I would not be ticketed. No mention of any of this, i.e. no reserved spaces, is on their website. I would not book again with this company as the booking is virtually useless when spaces to park are unavailable unless you arrive at 7am before the workers.
Been using Parkonomy for years now when I do the Christmas market in Manchester. It's a bargain if parking every day and completely easy to use. Can't understand why anyone has had problems!!!!!
Struggled to set up an account first but now using it every week. Convenient and easy payments, also sends reminders when your parking due to expire as some other apps don’t
