Parkso Avis 

£18.30 for a days parking, absolute rip off. Parkso have asked me to remove this review which I am not going to. I paid Parkso so they must take responsibility for absurd parking charges. Maybe Parkso should take it up with the car park owners and negotiate better rates.

I visited snowdonia mountain railway station and forgot to pay upfront parking payment when I comeback and pay the payment it was started time afterwards so i call them them explained my situation and they kindly excepted my fair on my previous times if they don’t excepted my request i might receive £100 fine but fortunately they’re generous and willing to clear me thank you so much for that….

We visited snowdonia mountain railway 2/7/26 and car park was easy to find and park a Motorhome, the QR code was an easy process. On 3/7/26 I needed to contact Parkso customer services and was very impressed with their customer support. Chris was very responsive and really helpful with my issue and my bank informed me it was not a parking issue after some investigation. I highly recommend Parkso and have no issue using them again 😊

We had been to snowdon mountain railway on 25th May bank holiday and parked the car here. We found the park well maintained. I am more impressed with their customer support. I paid for the initial 4 hours and extended later assuming i will be late. I came back to the car park within 4 hours and requested the support to refund for the unised extension and they instantly responded to my email and refunded back for the unused duration as a goodwill. Not many do the same and onces that do, shows that they care for customers.

Lots of space in the car park and several parking cost choices for however long you need up the mountain, as well as the ability to extend the parking online which is great in case you need longer than anticipated!
Customer service was excellent as well as I realised on my way down I’d put in my old car reg (it was a sunrise hike so not quite awake yet) - I rung the support line and they had changed it for me within an hour!

Excellent prompt and efficient customer service. Easy to use clear machines with online and cash options. As long as receive prompt refund it's a 5 star from me!

It was great experience. Support Team was reachable for any query and very polite and supportive. They infact did not overcharge us for 4-5mins late which anyone else would have charge simply by saying customer fault and policy.

The QR code was easy to use and we paid for parking quickly and without any issues. I needed to contact the company when we were delayed getting back to our car. I emailed and Chris was super responsive and really helpful. I highly recommend.

Great location for the Llanberis Path walk. Great shop there too for drinks, ice cream and your medal at the end to say you’ve completed the walk, the lady in there is lovely too. £12.30 for 8 hours parking which I didn’t think was too bad either. Only issue is that there isn’t any toilets, so just a little heads up if you’re planning on parking here for the walk.

This app is easy to use, we paid for 4 hours but when our train was still up the mountain with 20 mins left it got a bit twitchy bum time but we got away with 3 mins to spare. I didn’t have to extend but I didn’t want to spend another £6.00 for just another 20 mins can you extend for just 30mins at time after your 4 hours as I didn’t see any saying that.
But over all a good experience

This company have been fantastic..I contacted them after the signal dropped out when using the website for my parking at snowdon, so ended up double paying..I made contact and within 12 hours of contacting them, they rectified the situation. couldn't have been more happier.
