I love my PÄRLA tabs, and the team are very friendly and supportive! I recently enquired about a referral discount, and the team gave me one despite it not being on offer usually!

I’ve been using Parla for years now, and I subscribe so I don’t have to bother with going to the shops to buy them.

I have been on a mission for years to reduce plastic from my house. Dental
products were the hardest part to replace, but I finally have managed it. And it was parla who started the ball rolling for me. Thank you Parla for being an excellent tooth paste (my dentist is very happy) and plastic free.

A clear communication on a complex payment issue. They were polite and helpful.

Having used tooth paste from plastic tubes for over 70 years I welcomed plastic-free option that Parla offers. Using the tablets is not problem and the paste generated by the chewing and brushing worked better than conventional tooth paste.

I get mine on subscription, so a small box with the tablets inside in a paper envelope comes through my letter box every 4 months. I discovered that if the box is left open in the bathroom, the tablets can begin to deteriorate in the damp atmosphere after a while. So I keep them in the envelope in the box and in a bedroom drawer. That way they remain in good condition.

So thank you Parla. My only complaint is the price. I think you might justify a reduction for regular users like me.

Absolutely fantastic products, I cannot fault them.
Have been using PÄRLA for around 18 months now and both the pro toothpaste and mouthwash are excellent in my experience.
The environmentally friendly packaging is a huge plus and the customer service is exceptional, second to none.

I’ve been using the tooth tablets since the dentists appeared on Dragon’s Den. Some may find they need to use the tablets for a few days to get used to them, although I loved them from the start! Brilliant company with efficient and friendly customer service. So much better for the environment than awful toothpaste tubes.

Have been using these toothpaste tabs for 3 years and absolutely love them. Super easy to use, don't go stale like many other toothpaste tabs and Customer service is great! Highly recommend to anyone thinking of switching to toothpaste tabs. Personally since using them I could never go back to regular toothpaste

Really friendly company to deal with and make you feel that your custom is important . Promptly replied to my email about an order and it was sorted the same day .

Fantastic for teeth cleaning, used for few years now. Easy to use one tab each time, and measure what’s needed eg for holiday. Dentist always compliments my tooth hygiene and cleanliness, only need hygienist once a year to polish up.
Occasional delivery delays have been dealt with very promptly by the team.

I had feedback following my browsing on Parla's website. I responded, and had a reply within minutes. I was most impressed. I love Parla tabs. My dentist repeatedly tells me my teeth are very clean. There is no waste, as in a toothpaste tube, there is also no plastic. A truly brilliant product, which I've been using for more than a year

I love this toothpaste and mouthwash. Quick delivery and lovely girl at customer service who helped me change my delivery address. I highly recomend.

Great toothpaste, I've been using them over a year and can see the difference it has made.

Recently one of my packages were stolen and they even replaced it free of charge for me.

OK I have come back to edit my original review (still below) since the delivery and customer service is hopeless. My order never arrived, I am still waiting for my tabs after a month. Customer service responds with the usual bland "I appreciate how frustrating this is, we take on board your feedback" rubbish, but can't seem to manage to deliver the product in a sensible time frame. I still like the tabs, but am beginning to despair of the company and the service they provide. (Original review - I love these tabs and have been using them for over 3 years. Think how many toothpaste tubes I've avoided. Easy to use and travel with (I just pop a few into a tiny little travel pot) I like the taste and quickly got used to having no foam.)

I have been using ParlaPro for well over 2 years now and love the result. My hygienist has been really positive with the results. I also make my own milk kefir and I think the combination is fantastic. The back office at Parla is also really good. I had to change the delivery address to Ireland in the summer which worked smoothly. This turned into the default address but they were very good about sorting the problem out this time. Very polite and efficient. Parla is a very smart company and their mission is spot on.

I've edited this review because they have come back to me since the events detailed below. They have apologised fully for the problem and have said they're reviewing their procedures. I was very unhappy at the initial experience but impressed with their very personal and detailed reaction.

My original review follows "The tablets were delivered to the wrong address. After an initial exchange of emails when it was suggested that another set would be sent I've heard nothing.

The tablets are fine but the customer service is truly dreadful"

I have been using Parla for over a year now and am delighted with the results; my husband is also a convert and our dentists are very impressed with the colour improvement. Apart from that I love the fact that you care about the environment which is what made me change to Parla in the first place.
Your customer services are brilliant and when my subscription refill didn't arrive, you immediately sent out another. I cannot praise your product and company enough and would recommend that more people try it out for themselves.....and for the small, yet worthwhile help towards minimising our impact on the planet. I'm so pleased to have changed to using Parla, many thanks to your team.

I first saw Parla on Dragons Den and as an environmentally conscious consumer thought I’d give them a go.
I am completely converted and my dentist has given me positive feedback on my dental hygiene since I started using them.
They are a no brainer for me.
