Terrible company always send wrong or…

Terrible company always send wrong or faulty parts. Paid £347.01 for a shashs clutch kit or it to be faulty. I had friend who fit my clutch costed 200 labour. Parts in motion wanted me to pay another 200 to have the clutch removed and sent back tot before the could give me a refund. Due to the big job of having a clutch and fly wheel installed I had to be back on the road for work. What a complete waste of time and money. Euro car parts from.now on never a problem. Thanks Dan dealing with my faulty item you where a big help NOT.

Hi Aaron, I am sorry to hear about your clutch kit becoming faulty. I have been able to locate your correspondence with our team here and I can see that we have offered to have the part collected, free of charge, so that we can review it under a warranty claim. As your part is protected by a warranty, we will complete an inspection to confirm the fault and we would then look to offer you a full refund. If you would like to take up this option, all off the returning details have been provided to you via email. I know that you have mentioned keeping the component in your vehicle to continue using it but due to the type of part we are talking about we would not recommend continued use of your vehicle while this part has a fault as further issues could occur while in use. The offer to have the part returned for review is still open should you wish to take this up. Kind regards, Troy

Shoddy items bad parts

Ok here goes,I ordered a temperature sensor and a thermastat for my classic car ,parts came took them to the mechanic and his spanner only touched the thing to fit and it snapped in half ,he said if he hadn't got it out it would of been a engine out job,so he went to a toyota stockist and bought another the quality of his part was 10 times better.and then the thermastat a Nissan patrol thermastat was put in a toyota mr2 box .it didn't fit it was incorrect. I sent them emails with photos asking for my money bk ,no answer I've sent them 4 messages they choose to ignore me and hope I'll go away ,my advice is don't use this company, if you value your car

Situation rectified after bad review

There was an issue which prompted me to write a bad review, their customer service team then reached out and rectified it and accepted the return. Orders were delivered quickly, 4 stars due to them not accepting the review at first but sorting it out after

total joke

total joke. bought a part for my car which came faulty. refused to refund me and tried to say that the part was not suitable for my vehicle even though it clearly was. 7 equivalent part numbers on the box the part came in related to my vehicle. Even went as far as saying the registration number I gave them was for a Fiat Punto so the part didn't fit when in fact the V5, Mot and a number plate on both the front and back of the vehicle which I sent them a photo was clearly showed my vehicle is not a Fiat Punto and the part I ordered was the correct part for me car
02/07/25 Follow up
Got an message from these jokers giving me what they call the correct part numbers which I should have ordered, as I did not order one of these numbers my request for a refund is denied. These numbers relate to the front calipers and not the rear one which I ordered and needed. Looked everywhere on Youtube to find a way to fit a front caliper on the rear but didn't get any success
Further follow up 03/07/25
After getting 4 different excuses behind the reason they would not refund for the faulty part, I sent an email to the Managing Director of the parent company pointing out the underhanded tactics Parts in motion were trying. Low and behold I had a full refund within hours

Poor service.

I returned a part that was wrongly supplied to the address given by them, and gave them proof of postage from the post office, but because it wasn't sent as a tracked parcel they have denied receiving the goods and refuse to give me a credit.
No hint of any goodwill gesture.
They tell me it's MY fault I didn't measure the parts (brake shoes) to be sure that they were right for my car, It's MY fault I didn't read the small print telling me that the parts might not fit even after giving them my Reg No, and the website saying these will fit your car, and it's MY fault that I didn't pay for the goods to be tracked when returned, and I have to get the post office to find out what's happened to the parcel.
Great customer service ..... NOT.

Ordering the right pads for your car.

I ordered a set of rear pads for my Sportage, when I finally got to the stage of fitting them it was too late to return them. Obviously they were the wrong pads for my car. I contacted partsinmotion so that I could swap the pads for the correct ones.No chance of that at all that would be too easy. They were quite rude I thought,I have given up trying now but I will NEVER use them again.

Had clutch replacement parts delivered

Had clutch replacement parts delivered, when came to fit the friction plate I found to to be damaged, looked like at manufacturers
I contacted parts in motion, well pleased with the customer service c especially Sarah whe was very helpful

Now my go to parts source

I completely cocked up my account registration - their service dept was first division in sorting my goof. Then placed new order Friday afternoon - delivered to North East Scotland before noon the next day for the sum of £2.99 for abut 15Kg of parts - via ( for us ) ultra reliable Royal Mail. It does not get better - aside from being about 40% cheaper than the same basket on Auto.doc and a three week wait! Parts in Motion - Roxy is brilliant!

Very disappointing being explicitly…

Very disappointing being explicitly guaranteed next day delivery if ordering before the cut off time
I even paid extra for the courier
Ordered yesterday at 10am plenty of time before the cut off which is 14.30
As of 4pm today they still haven't posted my item
The garage is waiting on a timing belt, I should have ordered from a different more reliable provider

Incompetent company!

Ordered a few bits on a tuesday that I needed for Thursday, paid the extra for next day delivery which is not expensive but had an email 4 hours later saying they don't have a specific part although their website says "in stock." Called them the next morning and the advisor told me their system for the warehouses are practically utter garbage and that they don't work. She did say the other parts have left the warehouse on the Tuesday afternoon though. Any delivery the next day? No. Called back and she told me the parts are leaving that night. So to sum up, don't show availability on parts correctly, don't ship if needed quickly. Don't bother with this place. Euro car parts would be better and they don't give you the right parts to start with.
