Brilliant Service

It's rare to find a company that still values their customer service nowadays. I bought 3 bike batteries over a couple of weeks. Excellent speedy delivery. Brilliant communication, with my queries answered within an hour. All of this with great prices too. Highly recommended.

bought a battery for my daughters car…

bought a battery for my daughters car yesterday and it arrived today. everyone i spoke to at parts in motion were more than helpfull and at 73 with a lot of problems well that was very good for me. this is the second time ive bought in last 4 wks and again nothing but very helpfull. prices are best ive found plus item and delivery well they are awesome.

They have cancelled my last three…

They have cancelled my last three orders (via eBay) for SKF bearings and then directed me to the same item that has then increased in price. Not by a lot but from £38.94 to £40.36!!!!

Great service and very competitive prices

I ordered apart at 1100 on the Friday morning of a bank holiday weekend and paid an extra £3 for quicker delivery as it would be the Tuesday before it would arrive.
The product was packed in a secure box and amazingly arrived before 1000 on the Saturday. The speed of delivery was fantastic due to the order being quickly handled and dispatched and RoyalMail great handling and delivery.
The product was the second I had ordered and both at a competitive price and great service. I will certainly look at this site for any future purchase and I know they can be trusted.

Great service great prices

Have ordered a bunch of stuff for them, all of it has actually fitted, unlike parts from other stores, next day and standard delivery has all arrived on time or before expected. Can't fault it, Definitely going to be my default service moving forward

Fast ,polite service

Ordered part mid afternoon and it arrived the next day. Had quick response to emails.
I spoke to a member of the team on the phone. Unfortunately he wasn't able to answer my question, due to there system.
But explained fully why and polite and professional.

Don’t bother with next day delivery

Don’t bother with next day delivery, you can’t rely on it turning up. No apologies for any inconvenience or offer of a postage refund, just lies and excuses when you contact them. Parts are very reasonable though compared to other places.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH COMPANY AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY SERVICES.

EVOID THIS SELLER IT IS A SCAMMER
Placed an order for new 6 rear arms and received rubbish reconditioned one's. Beside late delivery, arms have many visible defects during the bushes pressing and replacement; rusted and defective bushes. Loads of dents and scratches from the tightening in the vice. They tried to hide these while painting, but are drops of painting over the bushes and clear it can be seen parts are second hand repainted.
100% they are reconditioning car parts and selling them as new and that's FRAUD.

Another missed delivery date

Another missed delivery date! Ordered 7 parts from them 4 days ago, advertised as next day delivery! Supposed to have arrived today at latest, tracking numbers they provided doesnt work, no response to messages on ebay or on their website! Taken the time off from work to get my car fixed now I got unpaid day off with no parts , so no repairs will be done! This happend last 3 times I bought from them, delivery times are very missleading. Avoid them, there is plenty other companies you can get your parts from.

Disgusting incompetent company second time the same thing has happened to me. Bought 2 car batteries received 1.
Now the same again bought 2 received 1. If that's not a scam I don't know what is. Bought on eBay so I will get my money back but now left stranded. Total con artists.

This is the worst company I’ve ever…

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a water pump but was sent brake shoes instead—an issue that should have been quick and simple to fix. Instead, it’s been over a week of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, and responses have been extremely slow. I would strongly advise others not to use this company.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service - when they thought there was a delay in their delivery times (I ordered after 3.30 so had missed their next day delivery) onto a bank holiday weekend I didn’t expect delivery until Tuesday (as stated when ordering) it arrived on Saturday. Exceeded expectations but also appreciated the open communication to manage expectations.

No parts arrived despite paying premium for next day delivery. Avoid this company they use the worst delivery service fed ex. Not once has fed ex managed to ever deliver anything to me.
