The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good. Would recommend the customer fitting service and would not consider going anywhere else for my clubs.

As discussed during our telephone conversation, the order was dispatched on time, and the delay was unfortunately due to an issue with the courier, DPD, which was outside of our direct control. We appreciate you taking the time to understand this when we spoke.
As a gesture of goodwill, we refunded the delivery charge in full, as we fully appreciate the frustration caused when a next-day delivery does not arrive as expected.

Wrong club
I ordered a club and the wrong one turned up not a big deal but after they said new one would sent out no new club to find out they dont even have my club then promised some ball to say sorry that never turned up
Staff are friendly but dont seem to tell the truth or up hold what they say

As explained during our telephone conversation, the initial issue arose due to a picking error, which we rectified as soon as it was identified. Unfortunately, this was then compounded by a stock availability issue, which we appreciate added to your frustration.
Based on our conversation at the time, it was our understanding that the compensation offered was accepted and considered satisfactory. That said, we are sorry if any aspect of the follow-up did not meet expectations, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure that all commitments made to customers are clearly communicated and consistently upheld.
We do appreciate your comments regarding the friendliness of the team and also take on board your feedback around communication, as this is an area we are continually working to improve.

They took the time to understand what I needed and gave honest advice. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere — highly recommend this shop to any golfer.
