Had placed order on line but I had put wrong delivery address, a quick phone call and sorted straight away with a very friendly person. Will definitely be using PARZ golf again.

If carlsberg ran a golfing website, PARZ is what it would be like! Ordered some shoes in the morning, despatched by lunchtime & arrived the following morning. Kept informed by various emails at every stage, very pleased & will definitely use again.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with , fast delivery , great communication . Shoes arrived but unfortunately did not fit comfortably , easy returns system and fast refund . Will use PARZ again

Where to start
Where to start. Trackman is incredibly slow to register resulting in longer sessions than would otherwise be the case. This then adds to the queue for bays which causes confusion as noone really knows where to queue, whos first etc. I'm also left handed and as a result I can only use 2 bays total, often already in use by right handers. When they become available do I get priority? Should have stuck with mats that are dexterity agnostic.
Edit: increased from 2 to 4 star because I felt the response was professional and tackled my concerns. Thank you team for taking the time and I'll be sure to speak with available staff during my next visit. All the best

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review — we appreciate the feedback.
We’re sorry your visit felt frustrating, particularly around queuing at busy times and bay availability as a left-handed golfer. To clarify, if a left-handed player reaches the first available right-handed bay and lets the shop team know, we’ll move them into a suitable double-sided bay as quickly as possible.
When the Power Tee mats were installed, 13% of our bays were allocated for left-handed use, which is more than double the approximate 6% of the golfing population.
At peak times, queues can be less clear, but if you notify the team while waiting, they’ll always do their best to manage bay allocation fairly.
Regarding TrackMan, it’s the most accurate ball-tracking system available and includes a convert function to normalise ball data. If you ever need help navigating the screen, the team is always happy to give a quick run-through.

Fitting at uk golf academy
Adam made my fitting experience very comfortable and enjoyable. He was informative and patient.The range of clubs and shafts etc is very good and I left very happy with my purchases . Clubs were ready to pick up in good time.

Because there was a custom element to my order I was advised delivery would be in 2 to 3 weeks. Instead I received delivery in 6 days!!

I recently visited Brentwood Golf Range and had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan, the sales representative. From the moment I arrived, Jordan was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable about all the products and services available.
He took the time to answer every question I had, offered great recommendations based on my needs, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and cares about providing top-level customer service.
If you’re heading to Brentwood Golf Range and need advice or support, I highly recommend speaking with Jordan. He’s fantastic at what he does!

Had a fitting with Sam. I’d never had a fitting before and after having one I wouldn’t buy a club again without it. Can’t recommend it enough. Each question I had got answered and was made to feel comfortable through out. I will definitely be going back.

Jordan at Parz Golf is your go to guy
I spoke with Jordan at Parz Golf and couldn’t have had a better experience. His knowledge and advice were fantastic, and he spent a lot of time explaining everything clearly and patiently. As someone new to golf, it can feel quite intimidating speaking to professionals, but Jordan made the whole conversation feel relaxed and approachable. He really took the time to understand my needs and made the process enjoyable and confidence-building. Highly recommend Parz Golf, especially if you’re just starting out.
