I have paid for a license but never received a code. The worst is the preview is fantastic, it works, but I don't have a code, so I cannot open the whole files... After 10 reminders and attempts to get in contact I still don't get any answer. Very frustrating, NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

It's a scam. They were completely unable to find the password and refused to refund me after their failure, despite sending them messages for almost 2 months. Do not buy their services!

I demand a refund for the Password-Find product as it utterly failed to deliver its promised functionality. Despite my repeated requests, I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution regarding my refund.

Wow. This service saved me a lot of time and worry concerning a forgotten password. In my case this service retrieved my password within the hour and I was able to get back into my document. For me a great service.

Simple to use. Brute force crack for Excel password came back in 24 hours (Ended up being only an 8 character password with upper, lower and numbers).

I purchased the Password-Find product in hopes of removing the password from a protected document that I could not unlock. Not only did the product not work, but my many requests for a refund have not been fulfilled. I have reached out to PayPro Global, the "trusted" e-commerce seller utilized by Password-Find, and they answer every time but give me the same run around to "give 48-hours" for the seller to respond. What's even more discouraging, the email for Password-Find that gets CC'ed to these email exchanges has bounced my emails every time I have attempted to reach someone through it.

I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 2, as they eventually refunded my account.

I uploaded my file to their system to get the password for it, as initially advertised with their service. They only removed the password (which I could have--and did do--myself), but did not *recover* the password, which was what I needed.

Giving two stars because they refunded me right away when asked. I am out a little bit of money due to currency conversion, but I'm at peace with that. Still, wasted time I didn't need to waste trying to recover a password.

I needed to unlock a word document that I'd accidentally password protected. I had no memory of protecting the file let alone what the password would be!

I was a bit hesitant based on reviews but Password-Find looked like the best value service going, and the preview file demonstrated that my document could be unlocked.

I bought the 'remove password' license for €20 as I only needed the contents. After payment, the license key was generated immediately and I was able to download my unprotected file.

Happy with the service and would recommend.

Bought a licence to unlock a file.
It worked fine but they charged me twice for it.
I have sent them 4 messages requesting a refund for what is effectively a fraudulent transaction.
ArdelixPay have sent similar requests.
No responses to either of us.
I suggest you think very carefully before paying this company any money for anything.

24 hours later I get a somewhat standard email. saying they where unsuccesfull.

That is not ok. with a bruceforce attack and a claimed supercomputer, it migt take more the 24 hours, but it will crack it.

No repons from the site.

I bought an licence key and they were unable to find my password which was a little surprising but never mind.

What was more concerning was that I emailed them to request a refund and my emails keep bouncing. I then tried to message on Facebook and the DMs will not send. I am starting to worry I have been conned.

Update: I have also tried to call them and their phone number does not work.

Further update: after pursuing the payglobal agents I have now finally been issued with a full refund. I had to relentlessly email them though! Lesson learnt- do not use this site!!!

A friend had five Microsoft Word files with one created as far back as 1995 in Word 8. The others were created in Word 97-2003. Unfortunately, he had forgotten all their passwords.
I found Password-Find when searching for a method to remove/find the passwords. There was instant success for the four 97-2003 files but no luck for the original Word 8 file despite repeated attempts. I tried several other options and processes and had given up on finding an answer. Then I received an unsolicited offer from Margaret Carter to attempt to manually decrypt the stubborn file. My friend was ecstatic despite having another seventy-six pages of close typed personal history to review, his only comment "why was I so wordy then?".
