Used for one time and then found out that my pc wasn´t strong to run it fast enough. Immediately sent a refund request to support, and still no answer after 1 month. Asked again and, as aspected, no answers.

Alert, not what it claims to be, after running an attempt to reveal a password on a word file for 30 days it did nothing, still kept running. The password was less that 6 characters in length. Emails sent to support never gets a reply, looks to be a dodgy suite of products sold by this company.
I have given the software and the company a fair chance & it is with great disappointment that I leave this review.
It is just not right!

DO NOT BUY their products!
Their "lifetime" registration key seems to expire after EVERY 30 days.
Ain't nobody got time to fight with overseas customer service MONTHLY for a new "lifetime" key.

THEY RESIST REFUNDING
They resist refunding, and drag out the process demanding more "proof" their registration key fails. Are they trying to delay past the dispute period for card purchase?

LIFETIME REGISTRATION = 30 DAYS
I purchased "lifetime" registration code and the product seemed to start up fine. Then after computer restart it failed, coincidentally around the 1 month mark. So I contacted customer service and after demanding more info and screen shots as proof, they EVENTUALLY issued a replacement "lifetime" registration key. THAT replacement "lifetime" key worked for a month, and then it also FAILED! So they demanded "video" evidence this time to "prove" their sham key fails. And, eventually sent yet another key. ENOUGH NONSENSE!

WASTE OF TIME
What a sham! What a waste of my time! What a bad business practice and bad product! What a waste of time to produce photographic "evidence" of their failure EVERY MONTH just to be able to use the product I purchased! Even at minimum wage, much more value of time is WASTED dealing with endless tech support emails to get yet another of their fake "lifetime" registration keys than the registration key costs. And that process/time suck is required EVERY month (3 months so far).

DEMANDS VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE
Remember, each time, they demand screen shots or a screen recording to "prove" the key fails. And each time they refuse to refund, and they waste my time trying to troubleshot their sham registration keys. Is this a scam to harvest personal data from screen shots or videos?

SUSPICIOUS
This also seems suspiciously like a scheme to wear down customers so they will prefer giving up and losing the money instead of having to waste their life arguing again and again for the refund of the sham "lifetime" key. Or perhaps it is a scheme to just run out the clock on the credit card dispute timeline, making it hard to get any refund.

JUST SAY NO!
Ain't nobody got time to contact customer service MONTHLY for a new "lifetime" key. And nobody has time to give them "evidence" again and again and again EVERY MONTH. How many hours are you willing to waste on these guys? How many days or weeks of your life?

Do yourself a favor, buy software from a place competent enough to issue "lifetime" keys that last more than a month.

For this specific application - opening PDF with lost password - try using an online per-file service, to save time and trouble, and likely save $$

Tried it on Windows 11 and it did not work. it could not find "the Windows" as it is described on step one of the online guide. (sorry cant add link.

Great support when I had a few issues. Support was quick to respond, even over a weekend, and problem totally resolved. Product worked perfectly.

This is a scam. Software installation just comes up with a server error and defaults back to the login page ... fail. Uninstall VERY quickly

I purchased dr excel to find password for an Excel file for which i forgot password and paid 29.99 dollars. After trying it for three consecutive days it could not find the password. I raised three tickets to support center but they did not answer even one. Ultimately i asked for a refund but they have not replied. What to ddo??

It has been 3 days since I logged a support ticket requesting assistance with my license key that is no longer accepted since the last Windows update. Their website states that they will respond within 12hrs.................still waiting.

recently I had to reassemble my new, home office replacement PC and during this upgrade my excisting licence key was not accepted.

I researched out to the support desk for the iSeepassword-software for support and was pleasant impressed by the prompt and accurate support I received. within about a day and half, my support issues was successful resolved. #awesomness!

This product is made in China. When trying to create the PE USB drive, the USB drive shows no read or write activity and I suspect it is copying data from the hard drive. Further, the software is not able to be uninstalled as it does not show up in Control Panel or the W10 application list to uninstall. I tried to use registry editor to wipe but challenging to get all the entries. In the registry it is listed as an activity based backup component which is high concerning.

The company is dishonest. The product stops working after some time and when you ask for support they ignore you! Furthermore, they provide the same serial number to several clients. I paid and the product stopped working after 9 complaints I'm asking for a refund but they just ignore it. I will share this on all social media. I contacted Digital River who don't care about their customers and turn the problem over to iSeePassword. In other words, fraud by a dishonest company with the connivance of Digital River! Stay away!

After 3 days of back and forth, finally given a license key/code. The program has not unlocked anything. Do not waste your time or money. I was simply sent something because I requested a refund. The charge will be disputed. Not as advertised. Would not recommend.

I have no idea what the negative reviews are all about. It's more than likely not going into the bios and disabling some security features for the boot sequence. I had this problem for the first time recently, but once I figured that out, it worked like a charm. Ive used this in the pass also with no problems. It's amazing as to how simple it was once you got it to boot from the USB drive.
I highly recommend this software!

From past 3 days this product is running to figure out the iTunes backup recovery password... Real WASTE OF MONEY, EFFORT & TIME. Will never recommend this for anyone..

I had a problem. The software wouldn't remove a difficult watermark from my document. I sent the doc to these guys and they manually removed the watermark, no charge! Good service, all in a day.

Can easily remove any password on the PDFs and the best part is you can do it in a batch at once so you don’t have to upload single PDFs at a time 👍🏼

I am using ISeePassword's Dr.pdf, I hope to find the password for my pdf file. It has been running for four weeks without stopping. I understand the warning that a password longer than 6 characters might take a little longer. But really, this is surpassing my expectation. Should I re-start the search, or toss the program?

Love this product, took a little getting around some formats, but this solid product worked like a charm. Being able to clear passwords, add a user is fantastic! I get people who all the time lost their passwords, and this sure help! I recommend it to anyone!
