The food was old, very stale, gone bad. Especially the rocket salad.

The two worst pasta meals I’ve ever eaten. The carbonara was just cheese sauce, didn’t resemble the flavour of carbonara at all and the inferno nduja again, the flavour profile was not nice, mostly raw onions and way too many chilli’s and the tomato based sauce, terrible

Food was actually great but.. they lied.
I made an order on uber eats and got a leaflet saying if I leave them a 5 star review, they will give me £3 on uber or £5 on deliveroo. I did and.. well never heard from them :) so not nice to trick your customers like this. It is not about the £3 but about honesty of the company

I placed and paid for an Order via Just Eat which was acknowleged and was given an expected delivery time of 38 Minutes, but there was no evidence that the order was being prepared, and the expected delivery time just kept extending. I rang Just Eat to ask where exactly this Order was supposed to be coming from and they informed me that it was Finchley - I cannot see that you even have a location in Finchley and even if you do, that is miles away from me, so if an order was being prepared it would be "stone cold" by the time it got here. By this time it had been an hour since I first placed the order and I was starving, so had no alternative but to cancel it. We all know that Just Eat will only deliver from local restaurants and Finchley from where I live, is way outside of that catchment area. This appears to be a scam from Just Eat and I'm not sure who else is involved in it.

Saturday night 7pm - no garlic bread, no ragu - staples of an Italian restaurant! Also two main came out and five minute wait for third. Can’t buy wine by the glass either. Never again!!!!

We went to a pasta making class in London with Veronica. She was fantastic, funny, clear and obviously an expert. Lovely time, highly recommend.

We went on the pasta and pesto making course and it was a lot of fun, plus really informative. I have never made fresh pasta or pesto, so it was great to learn. Our chef was really engaging and enthusiastic, and the bottomless prosecco was lovely! Would highly recommend as an experience.

Delivery was quick packaging is bulky if you want to freeze it, the ricotta and spinach agnolotti wasn't good, pasta was too thick and the filling was non existent which made it tasteless, left a lot of thick pasta on the side....La Tua fresh pasta is much better...cant comment on the sauce with it as I used my own

If you are looking for some fun, you need to take a look at these pasta classes, ones for adults with wine, and ones for kids. Your chefs are so much fun

I booked a pasta making class which I was then informed 24 hours before was cancelled due to ticket sales. I asked for a refund which I am still waiting for almost a month later. Despite being told by the area manager this has been processed and to wait 5 working days it has been well over this. I am so frustrated with the experience I have had and the terrible customer service and would recommend this company to no one

2 hours to deliver food ordered just before 7.15 on a Tuesday evening! 2 pasta dishes and a garlic bread. There was no sauce on the pasta. Barely a teaspoon to coat. I counted 3 pieces of chicken in my dish. The garlic bread was rock hard. All food freezing cold!
I Cannot believe I paid £30 for that meal. Absolutely diabolical. First and last time ordering!

Food is not bad for a delivery, but packaging is horrendous, e.g. the disposal of the cooling pouches. Never ordering again on that basis alone.

If I could rate this lower I would. We have used a number of years. Sadly last delivery did not arrive. All attempts to get money back have failed. No one is answering the e-mails sent. No one answers the phone and voice mail left is not replied to.
We would like to be reimbursed the cost of the meal we didn’t get. As you can imagine, we won’t be using this company again.

Terrible.
Ordered the ‘carbonara of dreams’ was not specified anywhere that it would have any prawns added to it yet arrived with 4 prawns in it. Ordered through deliveroo so nothing really could be done but very disappointed.

I ordered their meatball pasta dish, and it literally had no meatballs. Done on a delivery app so couldn’t do anything about it. I paid £20 for overcooked spaghetti with a small amount of sauce on it. Biggest scam

Booked the pasta making experience for my girlfriends birthday. The chef was very enthusiastic and made the class entertaining. Her helpers were great at keeping our glasses topped up and keeping us on track to get our pasta made on time. The vegetarian sauce we had with our pasta was delicious!

Worst service ever. Tried these guys for a couple of weeks. One order was short a meal, the next order didn't arrive at all. Can't call them. They take forever to respond over email. Food nothing special either. One to avoid. They don't care about their customers at all.

Ordered carbonara of dreams. Didn’t know anyone could ruin a carbonara, tasted awful. Sauce had no flavour and it was so dried irrespective of the fact that dish was still hot. Would not recommend at all
