Jūsu kurjers nepiegādā sūtījumu adresātam, rakstot, ka saņēmēja nav mājās, lai gan adresāts visu dienu gaidīja sūtījumu... un šī ir otrā reize, kad šāda situācija rodas... pirmā nepatīkamā pieredze bija 2026. gada 10. augustā, un šodien ir 2026. gada 24. augusts, arī kurjers nepiegādāja sūtījumu... Es nekad neesmu saskāries ar šādu problēmu nevienā pasta pakalpojumu sniedzējā Eiropā.

Latvijas pasta darbinieki ir zagļi.
Viņi nozaga man nosūtïto paciņu ar vecāku atmiņām!!!

Had two packages returned to the UK from Latvia despite having my address and phone number clearly written on the front. Three months ago a very valuable package was lost/stolen despite having been received by Latvian post. No action was taken by them. The most unreliable postal service on the planet

Ļoti slikta apkalpošana , sūta kodu tikai uz telefona numuru , ja kautkas notiek ar telefonu , paciņu nesaņemt! Necenšās neko uzlabot , ļoti neprofisionāli!

Do not use this postal service. Never in my life have I encountered such incompetence. These people are complete idiots and they are crooks. They will not give updated tracking details and they will not deliver your package.

Extremely poor experience with Latvia Post's local partner in Madrid. I received two 'delivery attempt' notifications while sitting right at my desk by the door. No one actually came to the house or rang the bell. It seems the courier marked it as 'failed' without even getting out of the van. Completely unreliable and dishonest service.

They just hang up the phone. Impossible to reach and to talk with support.

They never send anything to your e-mail. Horrible for tourists or students. Then they dont have an app.
Called their customer support who said they will forward the call to a colleague. I was waiting and they hung up. Then they blocked my number. So everytime i call them, it just automatically hangs up. What in the world is this garbage? Choose Omniva or any other courier instead of this trash. None of their employees know english.

I bought a mug that was scheduled to arrive in Pinki. But the idiots who read it clearly didn’t see pinki, but instead saw Valmiera. So my package was 1 and a half hours in the wrong direction. I asked them to send it back and they said yes, and I heard nothing, until the day I got a message that told me they haven’t redirected it. Piece of shit company, don’t use if possible!!

Labāk izvēlēties citus piegādātājus, Latvijas pasts neuzņemas atbildību par bojātiem sūtījumiem, vainīgs būs pats sūtītājs, briesmīgi melīga iestāde… Ļoti slikts serviss, ar nepavisam ne zemākajām cenām, noteikti neiesaku, ja ir alternatīvas tad ar līkumu no Latvijas Pasta.

Nekompetenti un neapmaciti darbinieki. Esiet piesardzigi ar sutijumiem. Davinajumi tiek atmuitoti ka inerneta sutijumi.
Ja velaties sutit sutijumus no arvalstim, neizmantojiet LV pastu.

Horrible. The delivery guy apparently ran away because as soon as he called, he was gone. Didn’t even leave a PAPER to get my package. Genuinely the first time i see it, even the worst delivery agencies leave a paper. The website was of absolutely no help either. Are they stealing the packages or what ?

Worst company ever, other than the language barrier. They kept trying to get me to contact royal mail about a parcel that hadn't even arrived in the UK. When I confronted them about this and they finally understood they then said oh well wait 30 days and if it doesn't show up contact the sender to contact us.

What the actual fcuk is this? Imagine paying almost £100 for items, just to be told we don't know. Contact royal mail, but when it's tracked it clearly shows it hasn't left latvia. It's been over 15 days. Over 7 working days which they say they aim to deliver in. And still no update.

Waiting on a package for over 30 days and tracking has stopped and package has just disappeared USP still waiting for package with no update called customer service and they are as lost as my package….omg

It’s been already 5 times unfortunately they send me packets through this company and it’s always an issue, now the last one, apparently they tried to deliver the packet at 5:20 AM, and it was unsuccessful, the door was open and the mailbox was open too, they NEVER deliver the packet direct to you even if they can, they never call you or knock. You always have to pick up the packet in their office with their rude staff, never seen a smile or some politeness from any staff there. My packet is going from office to office and I have no notification nothing.

Item is not being delivered and is just sitting at the post office. No notifications that it's already there or that I should pick it up myself or that there were unsuccessful deliveries. Yet they update the tracking info as "unsuccessful delivery, recipient notified" every couple of days. Unsuccessful delivery at 2AM!
Obviously there was no delivery in the middle of the night and the tracking info is there to just shift the blame onto the recipient.
I even found out about it through an eBay email, no thanks to Latviajs pasts.

Third time they have messed up a delivery for me. My latest lost package was very valuable to me, and I hope I can get it salvaged. I made sure everything was in order with the address and name.

This postal service is not reliable

Terrible company sent friend gift two packeges they opened both broke package stole chocolates and charged extra costs.

Worst service and worst customer experience ever. Tell your dealers from the US to NEVER use Latvijas Pasts.
They say they tried delivering at 6am in the am but do not ring nor leave a message. After contacting and kindly asking to deliver they send it back from Europe to the sender in US. Amazingly bad bad bad. -5
