The service is friendly and reliable. In the rare event that changes are needed to planned cleaning date, there is good communication via email in advance, and clean is rescheduled very quickly.

Love the idea of ex servicemen being able to do this, they deserve the support.
My windows are always done to a high standard, if for any reason they can’t be done on usual day I am always advised and they are done soon after.

The whole service is run with precision, from the email to inform me of the window cleaning being done tomorrow, to when the window cleaner left my property. The window cleaner himself (Jamie) is always polite, courteous and efficient, which goes a long way in today's world. I would certainly recommend Patch to anyone seeking their services.

Had to get my local window cleaner to service once patch left and would not recomend them!

I have been recently moved over to Patch App after they bought the round of another company. First few cleans were ok, but they always left with windows wet and with dirty water droplets. This mornings clean can only be described as shocking. With bird dirt left on two windows, windows frames left dirty and my patio door frame left more dirty than it was yesterday. Emailed to cancel but have not yet had a reply.

Honestly if you are offering a Window Cleaning service, rule one is leave the windows clean.
