Patient Fi overcharged me by $1700+…
Patient Fi overcharged me by $1700+ dollars and took almost 60 days to get it back to me. I believe this is a common practice by Patient Fi to hold on to money and build interest on. Definitely a horrible experience and will never use Patient Fi again and will warn others to stay away as well.

Quick Resolution
I tried to approve a transaction, but was stopped because PatientFi's app could not verify my face recognition. This was frustrating, but the issue was resolved within an hour or two.
I received a direct and direct answer…
I received a speedy and direct answer to my question. I didn’t like the answer but that’s not the fault of customer service. There should be a mechanism within the membership which allows a member to pay off a treatment balance without canceling their membership. This is very off putting. I will definitely not be using PRIVI payment plan options going forward. On the front it’s made to sound great and convenient but there’s literally no flexibility and I don’t like that.

Shamel was extremely helpfull in getting my dispute with a company resolved. He worked fast and the results awesome. Shamel listened to my problem and jumped right on it while keeping me updated every step. This company is awesome and so is my rep Shamel!

Yeah they offer interest free loans but slam you 50 points on your credit score and if your credit score goes down they take away your allowable money

I cancelled medical services and a loan with PatientFi in a day or so of signing it a good month before services were ever to take place. I received an email confirmation that the loan was cancelled and no further action, nor any payment would be withdrawn. However, a month later, they took out the amount from my bank. They promised an instant refund reversal, but that never happened, and more and more fraudulent emails of false promises day after day after week after week months later. I disputed the amount with my bank, and my bank said at present PatientFi is disputing the transaction even though they owe me a refund. Today they said I would get a check in two months, TWO MONTHS!. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I posted a negative review on the BBB, and there were dozens of 1 star reviews stating the same thing.
