Great service!

I recently used PatientFi as a payment platform and I was very pleased with the experience. John was very helpful in walking me through the proper steps in order to set-up my monthly payments.
He was very respectful and professional. He was extremely polite when I didn't know what to do next and patient with me.
I was able to finish my payment set-up successfully. I will definitely use patientFi in my future payment for sure. Thank you for a great service

Justin made my experience seamless

Justin made my experience seamless. He was/is Awesome!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great since of humor. I’ve been working with him since Aug 2024. Prior to that I had called PatientFi a handful of times and always had good customer service. I’ve spoken to Justin multiple times. Every time I did he was always so pleasant and patient. He answered all my questions from who is PatientFi to loans, interest rates, approval, processing, understanding the app and much more. He really knows his stuff. In his voice I could hear his sincerity and how genuine he was. He really backs PatientFi. Deciding to apply for a loan can be nerve racking. I would worry about “hidden” agendas. It wasn’t like that at all with Justin taking care of me. He was very transparent. These days it’s hard to find great customer service. You either get a robot, language barrier or a phone tree on a loop with no one “live” to talk to. Justin made me feel like a family friend. I was really comfortable with him. There’s no such thing as a “stupid” question with Justin. Thank you Justin! Many blessing to you and yours!

I would just like to thank Jada from payments(billings department) for all her help and support and just hearing me out when there was a bit of a confusion and also Michael from customer service he was amazing at just getting back to me and making sure he understood where I was coming from big shoutout to those 2 people who do an amazing and outstanding job/service

The agent went far above and beyond…

The agent went far above and beyond expectations. I made a mistake on my application and not only did he message me instructions he called me to ensure I knew what to do. Everything went as he said it would and my problem was completely solved. I was very impressed to say the least!

Great Chat Help with Sandra

I was disappointed to see that my previous botox provider was no longer with Patient Fi, and that the
one I am intending to use has not yet finished their
patient fi application. Sandra was wonderful and so
helpful in the chat session. I would give her a 10 star
rating not just a five! I want to have facial work done again and would like to increase the amount I can borrow if possible. I paid off my $1,000. loan before it was due.

Effective and helpful

Justin was helpful and reassuring in explaining my all of my concerns. He was fast and effective in carying out my request of resolving the mistaken loan in less than a week.

Jody is great

Jody the customer service rep I worked with was wonderful. She was able to resolve the client situations I was working on. She was incredibly patient while I was trying to assist clients in front of me while chatting with Privi. And she has a great sense of humor which made her enjoyable to work with!
