I ordered a table from Patio Depot, but when it arrived, and I opened the box, I could see they sent me the wrong one. After FOUR emails, THREE phone calls ("We'll get back to you in 24 hours." They didn't!), and a "customer service chat" that was never answered, it has become obvious that NO ONE in this company is going to rectify this situation. So, basically I paid for a table I don't want, and will have to repurchase the table I want elsewhere. Please carefully read all the one star reviews here, because they are telling the truth. If you enjoy gambling, then by all means order from this ridiculously bad company. I will never order anything from Patio Depot again.
I didn't get my chair
I didn't get my chair. I was told my account was credited it wasn't. I can't get a call back. My emails come back undeliverable. I would hesitate to order from this company. This has been a terrible experience.

Revised 3 Star Review: I absolutely love the Telescope Umbrella stand I ordered from PatioDepot.com. It is simple, sturdy, and I so appreciate Telescope’s warranties. Unfortunately, I did not appreciate the communication from PatioDepot.com asking me to change my rating to 5 Stars because it was the rating company, Trustpilot(?), that sent me the repeated rating requests before I received the item, not PatioDepot. I do not like being told how I should rate something.
