Beautiful quality garments.

I purchased a shirt for my holiday but left it a little late so asked if they could send a little quicker than the stated 4 week delivery time. They said they'd try but couldn't promise, however the shirt arrived with time to spare. Great management of expectations and great customer service! The shirt was beautifully made with a personalised note from the seamstress. It means a lot to me to support a small British manufacturer and is worth paying a little extra for something of such quality which will no doubt last a long time. So much more satisfying to buy a few quality items than a mountain of cheap rubbish imported from the Far East. The buttons are from the last remaining manufacturer in the UK, so great they are supporting other domestic producers too. I've previously bought a couple of pairs of shorts, again fantastic quality and an excellent fit. Keep up the good work Paul & Co!

The shirt had been ordered for my wedding and although I was aware that delivery would be lengthy I had to chase for the order for it to be delivered in time.

The shirt arrived with a threadbare patch on the collar, it was not forced by me in any way and its position on the collar was not a place that would easily stretch, next to the button, as has been claimed by the company. This patch was clearly visible on unpacking the shirt and as such ought to have been spotted by the companies quality control before departure from the factory.

On reporting the damage to the company their response was to suggest that I was responsible, and they sent a lengthy and rather rude email to me suggesting how I might have achieved this damage myself. Any reasonable seamstress would be aware that damage in this area of any shirt would not be achieved by a tightly done collar, as was suggested.

Despite the fact that this was clearly faulty goods on receipt and needed to be returned the company have not refunded my postage despite refunding the shirt cost.

An overall extremely disappointing experience from a company that had been recommended to me but who clearly lack good customer service and send out goods that ought not to have passed quality control.

There is a principle here regarding the sale of faulty goods which is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and your company is responsible for the cost of postage to return them. Unfortunately you were not honourable enough to respect this and have been vigorously rejecting your responsibilities towards me as a customer.

I have dealt with many companies over many years but the service from PaulBrown must rate as the poorest in that time.

I discovered this WISC during COVID lockdown and have continued to use them. This company makes the highest quality clothing. Their shirts have proven to launder well whilst retaining their shape, colour and collar appearance even after many washing cycles. They were happy to slightly alter the standard sizes to improve the fit for my particular shape and make a customised cuff design. The same applies to their trousers and outdoor jackets which also have proven to be both smart and durable. I highly recommend the company and they deserve the 5 stars

I bought trousers and a shirt. Both orders were sewn from high-quality materials, and the detailed processing of seams, sewing on buttons, and overall design were proof of the tailor's careful approach, so the overall impression was excellent. Both the shirt and trousers are comfortable to wear, requiring only routine maintenance. I am very satisfied.

The shirts and chinos I have bought have proved a great success both for casual wear and for attending Board meetings. The style and quality of manufacture is first class and I enjoy very much seeing the expanding range of clothing now manufactured by Paul.

I bought a trench coat from paulbrownengland.com. It was the most expensive trench coat I bought ever, but I do not regret, as I also had good experience with their shirts and chinos before. In fact I was surprised that the final amount was a lot less, because I didn't have to pay for VAT as they shipped my order from UK to EU and the price shown on website was the UK price with VAT. I could also use the 10% discount coupon, which I received after my previous purchases. I have been wearing it almost everyday in the office and after work. I would definitely recommend, if you like smart casual style and are also tired of wasting money on fast fashion.
