Odyssey Tours small group experience was very well organized with outstanding guides in every city; the overall guide stayed with us the whole trip going out of her way to make our trip a success. The bus drivers were fantastic!! The hotels were 4 and 5 star gems with excellent meals provided.

We like to travel with Tauck, but have gone with Viking and Insight. Whatever we decide, Pavlus is just great to deal with. They respond quickly to questions, offer good advice, make sure we get good deals, and are good at arranging flights---oh, and giving rebates and money for referrals.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were kept busy at all stops. We saw beautiful scenery and had an excellent time.

Impossible to communicate with. Our agent was only an order taker. No follow through. Messages left with customer service never returned. Multiple phone calls were necessary to get routing number for our final cruise payment. Air department never returned our calls or messages. By necessity we had to book our own flights. We have now paid for the most expensive trip of our lives with no follow up or advice.

went on a princess cruise dec 24 and first problem is they took us to wrong ship. we have been on nine cruises and the food at evening meals both in quality and quantity was terrible. had a problem so contacted customer service and was advised they would get back to me asap. never heard from them again so we terminated our cruise at the halfway point. with princess never again!

When we had questions about our air itinerary, the Pavlus Air Travel branch communicated with us promptly and took care of our concerns. The customer service branch helps take care of visa's and other odd ball issues and our personal planner that we work with, Lee Alvarez, has been nothing short of amazing getting all of the logistics handled when we inquire about a trip we would like to book. She had knowledge of pretty much all of the cruise lines, hotel and city stays and can make good recommendations based on your budget. She is amazing at securing pretty good on board ship credit on specific cruise lines.
We have finished our second trip using Pavlus and have since booked two more long trips that they have planned for us. Even our friends are impressed enough that they are using Pavlus again to book with us so we can travel together.

My husband and I enjoy traveling. We plan our trips based on our abilities and wishes. Pavlus is a wonderful partner. With a full support staff we always feel secure in our plans. And, the best, is the financial incentives. This most recent Princess was delightful. With a balcony we heard the ocean and felt relaxed and comfortable. And, we left from Brooklyn which is just a car ride to get to. The itinerary was easy and we loved it.
