Ordered on July 25 2022 never received anything but they took my money and then they charged my card again first 20.99 then 29.95 .I had to cancel my card and had to get a new one . The next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

This company is a ripoff !!! Ordered a pet bed on 7/23/2022 and still have not received it on 9/16/2022. Tried to call them but no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I ordered a dog bed on July 22 for $22.95. When I enquired about it on August 22, I said I still wanted it and they charged me another $29.95. I have not seen the dog bed yet. Nor can I get a reply.

I placed an order on the 31st July for a paw pet bed. This has never arrived and they tried on 2 occasions to take more money out of my account again trying today but luckily I had my card locked. I am currently having this investigated with my bank. Please please please do not buy anything from this company.

Hey everone keep away from pawandpet.co thay are smaming you money . thay where one my timeline on Facebook . I sent a Email asking about my pet bed but got some excuse have to wait 2 weeks for my shippment to be sent . The email was sent by Reno Mascarin . Then i noticed Website gone . I sent a message to Facebook telling about the scar as it is on facebook Paw & Pet

I you are on Facebook go to his page and complain to them , hope somthing happens . Because he is staying low and with do i again when he thinks it is forgotten

I order a pet bed, got a confirmation. Emailed a couple of weeks later and was told due to high demand the bed was delayed. When I try to go the website now to verify my order, the website is "unavailable." Trying to dispute with my bank.

them and they come back with tracking info will be sent and it doesn't get sent!!

My bank has refunded and Fraud are now looking into it....anyone that has fallen victim to these unscrupulous people please go through the Fraud dept at your bank

Website is now gone but if you are unfortunate enough to be tempted to buy from this company … DON’T!!

Took my money in July 22 .. no sign of pet bed by end of August 22. They did reply to an email asking me to be patient.

They then took a second payment in Sept which was more than the first payment. Surprisingly there is now no sign of their website and Facebook page is closed!

Do not give these people your money

Don't waste your time or your money! I ordered a dog bed on the 12th of August! Had no dog bed, no communication with the chat team, had one email saying they was dispatching it but they didn't! So now when you click on their website or the track link neither one of the excist! What a joke and what a rip off!

Took my money. Over a month and no item. Even sent me a fake FedEx tracking number. Said they refunded my money but never did, then said the item was delayed and being fulfilled. Then a month later they took out a higher payment without my authorization! They use Shopify for their store and the link is wflexun1(.)myshopify(.)com which they hide behind a domain name of their own. All their emails are the same (saying they're behind cos of social media hype, etc) and when I demanded my money back, they say the order is almost ready. DO NOT BUY! Reported to Attorney General and other legal outlets.

No bed for dog and no contact back from them. I contacted my bank to get my money back. 1 star is too much for them . . .

I’ve been scammed. No contact from company and goods. The first and last time I order without checking reviews. Will be contacting my bank to block all further attempts to collect money from me. Avoid like the plague

Scam company. Takes money for goods that never ship and signs you up for a $30USD monthly subscription that they don’t tell you about. Stop replying to emails when you call them out.

This is a scam! Not received my order after 4 weeks. Contacted my bank to report them as fraudulent and to stop any more payments being taken from my account by them!

Ordered a dog bed with express delivery in July, when I chased the order they said it was in transit, then contacted them again and was told i had no order!
SCAM!!!

I have not received my order! and now they have charged me AGAIN for an even higher amount than last time! This is just a scam! Steer away!!

Sounds like a scam list a phone number that's out of order keeps telling me in email after several times that order is on the way but they never send it keep making excuses no way to contact them other then email they hardly respond to reporting them to bbb and my bank for fraud

Ordered pet bed on July 20th. State 2 days processing time and 3 day free shipping. Money taken but no product. Several others are in the same boat.SCAM!!!

I ordered on 19th June, money taken, no goods received. Bank has taken case up as fraud and refunded me. When I added an unfavourable comment on their Facebook advert I was blocked by them. I suggest everyone reports this scam to their banks too.
