After a long wait to get my harness it…

After a long wait to get my harness it finally arrived, on the second usage the clip snapped and my day escaped it, contacted the company who stated they would replace (not refund) but I’d have to pay for postage which was £10! Absolute disgrace and will definitely not be buying another one

Despite reviews….

Having read all of the previous reviews, I was heartbroken and extremely doubtful. However… a month and a half later a parcel arrives. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. The pictures look EXACTLY like my dog. Yes it’s a different material, more like a silk on the outside but the inside is blankety and warm. I am happy with my purchase.

If I could give less I would. Scam company. Never got me hoodie. £50 down. All emails ignored. 1st December this was ordered and NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING.
Do not order a thing from this shambles of a company!!!!!!!

It's a scam

It's a scam, ordered a product on the 4th December and it's still not even been shipped. Was sent a "tracking" link that looks fake and all it does is show the same page saying it's in transit but never changes.

Basically I think they're just cashing the cheques and hoping you forget about it without producing anything.

Sent multiple emails but only ever received a reply when I said if I don't hear back I'm going to my bank to do a reverse charge.

Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! The item came 6 weeks after I ordered it. Communication from the seller was minimal and emails seemed automatically generated. The tracking details looked fake to me, and when the item eventually DID arrive, the quality was very poor. It was made from very cheap fabric and was poorly sewn. I spent over £50 on this item and am bitterly disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolute shambles of a company
They claim they are UK based - they are not , they’ve got a fake address on their website for an address in London which is actually a care home . They have no option to leave reviews on their website, the reviews they advertise are made up.
They’re a Chinese company
Your order doesn’t arrive or takes months and even then it’s not worth waiting for as the quality is so poor
Not worth the money at all
Customer service is rubbish - they’ll tell you your item is on its way even if it isn’t and the tracking system doesn’t work but does show the item is from China
Won’t offer a refund on the items ordered despite having a refund policy on their website
Absolute scan of a company
Avoid at all cost

Appears to be a scam

Purchased a personalised hoody on 29/12/22 for my partners Xmas £70odd pounds and still not got it today 13/01/23!

Sent numerous emails and messages via Facebook got a few responses saying it was running late etc 03/12/22 got a message saying it will be with me in a few days ... Still not received!

So angry

Ordered on 4th November 2022. We are now 12th January 2023 still no outcome to my order. I have asked for a refund repeated times and keep being ignored. I don’t know what to do now, out of pocket and extremely disappointed. Please do not order from here! Their Instagram page is now also taken down. SCAMMERS

Placed an order on 24th November

Placed an order on 24th November for a hoodie. They advertise as a UK company but order finally arrived today 10th January....from China !! Sent numerous emails most of which were ignored. The only response I did get was they were short staffed and were having it printed in China. It is very thin and poor quality. I tried to cancel but it was apparently being printed so they couldn't cancel it. The only phone number available was in Australia! If anyone is considering ordering from this so called British company please don't.

I would give no stars if I could.

My sister bought my oodie from this company a couple years back. I love my oodie and she thought they were brilliant!

So I of course, thought this would be the perfect gift.

I placed my order on the 16th December, and the tracking information still reads as “in transit” and has said that since the end of December. So last week I emailed every email address I could find for them (there’s a few!) just asking for an update and when I could expect to receive my order.

I’ve also messaged on Facebook and Instagram but have received nothing back. The only contact I have received, are 3 emails over the course of the last few weeks asking me for feedback on my order… What a joke.

The oodie was not cheap either! I had 3 photos included. I expect more from a company charging what they do and then claiming to have a 24/7 contact line.

If my delivery doesn’t come soon I’ll have to go through the hassle of a PayPal claim back. What a waste of time and money.

Don’t give yourself the headache of having to deal with these people (or not deal with them - because you won’t hear anything back!)

Like so many other disappointed…

Like so many other disappointed customers I wish I had read this reviews on this site before . I have had the same awful experience . Out of pocket by £66 , no product . No Christmas gift for my son , no explanation from company . Zero customer service …. A waste of time money and avoid at all costs !!

Waited 6 weeks for delivery

Waited 6 weeks for delivery, customer service is awful. Never reply to you. I send several emails, customer contact form and Facebook messages and never get anywhere. When you do its just basic generic reply. Finally received my order and half of it is missing.

Like so many others, I wish I´d checked this site before ordering. Placed an order on 13 Dec, paid for expedited shipping and have heard nothing since. The tracking status never changes, suggesting that the goods are still in China, and they never reply to any of the five emails that they provide. It seems that they have just taken my money. Today they asked me to post a review, which I have done but as it will never appear on their website I´m summarising it here as well. I hope to get my money back from PayPal. Suggest that you avoid Paw Furry like the plague

Avoid!!

Avoid!!! I was waiting 6 weeks for my order after 3 weeks I emailed and asked for a update got told it was being sent that week. I then opened a claim via Clearpay as hadn’t received my order (5 weeks after order date) the company have now cancelled my order. Which means they can’t of even printed it after waiting 6 weeks!!! I’m actually quite thankful it was cancelled after reading the reviews on here regarding the quality. I also sent 100s of emails, Facebook messages and left Facebook comments and I got 1 reply in the whole time. I’ve reported to trading standards as they seem to have done this to everyone

Waited a long time for such poor quality.

Took weeks to arrive and was given various excuses from staff shortages to dispatch problems.When the oversize hoody arrived I was disappointed to find it was of a low quality.The hoody is made of a very thin material,the lining has started to shred with two days of wearing it.As said before it is of very low quality and not worth the price I paid for it.This is not a company I will use again.

DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. I ordered two custom made hoodies back on the 25th November for Christmas presents - still not received - chased to be told they had staffing issues and they were only dispatched yesterday. This is not a UK based company - I searched on companies house as thought it was fraudulent website. Their delivery to the UK is not as stated on their website. Total rip off! Xxx

Avoid

Ordered over 3 weeks ago a personalised hoodie for my sister for Christmas.
Totally gutted after lots of emails and to be fobbed off with staff shortage email and no item for Christmas.
I'd definitely avoid this company!
It seems I'm not the first be completely let down by them either.

Order not received - no communication - Facebook page has been removed - AVOID SUSPICIOUS

My partner ordered a hoody back on 27th November for my Christmas present. No emails to say this has been dispatched. Was promised a 14 business day delivery time. Nothing. No hoody and no communication. Tried reaching out to them via email and no response. A claim has now been escalated with PayPal to get a full refund. Also what is suspicious is the Facebook page has now been removed where people were questioning where all their orders were. The entire page has been removed. It also states this company is based in the UK which is a lie it’s not it’s coming from abroad. A very dodgy company if I’m being honest. It’s a shame though cause from the pictures people have posted who have been lucky to receive their hoodies actually look really good. However who’s to say these are genuine reviews or not?! Untrustworthy and that’s why I’m leaving 1 star, although they deserve zero stars!! If you are thinking of ordering from this company then AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!
