Total scam ordered and paid nothing arrived did not reply to any messages. I really should read reviews before ordering

The no pull harness looked great. Unfortunately it has come undone whilst walking my puppy not once but three times. I have lost all confidence in the harness and won't be using it again. Waiting to see what reply I get from the company but not holding out much hope. ☹️

I ordered a harness for my toy breed dog & it's still not arrived. Blamed the small size of my dog for the delay as they were having to make one specially. Keeps saying it's in transit. For the first time it looks like I've fallen victim to a scam. I'm so annoyed..

The order I received was nowhere near as described! I have emailed them countless times asking for a return address to send it back for a refund and I just keep getting excuse after excuse.
Now they are ignoring me!

I order a small dog harness still not arrived order it in March was told it to ring the delivery department which to ring them was £6 minutes the tracking number was wrong after numerous email then told they tried to delivered which is lie then told to ring my local post office as its awaiting to be delivered no parcel there its cost me more in phone calls then this harness ask for re fund no joy next is trading standards

Ordered a harness based on YouTube video on paw furry website. Harness arrived completely different to what was advertised. Contacted company & was told they had old pictures on website & Offered me a discount on my next purchase. Would not refund. My advice is to avoid this website as what they advertise is not what you will receive, & when you contact them , they are not interested.
Really poor company for post sales support
Post sales customer service is not good- cannot get anyone to respond after I said I want to cancel my order. Been ignored despite having emails back and forth until I said I want to cancel. Now the order has been dispatched- despite wanting to CANCEL!!
This has been done on purpose I feel so that their Return Policy could be applied to me but I submitted my cancellation well before the shipping stage.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam, I guy going by the name of Peter Tran runs this shambles of a company . I paid over £200 for a bed and a custom hoodie . The bed never arrived , I never received a refund . It's been over 2 months now . Blocked me on social media and no refund given . Order at your peril . Absolute waste of time

I cannot even put into words how awful this company are.I have been lied to constantly for weeks and now they have stopped all contact and even blocked me on all social media so i am unable to leave feedback or message them!
Wrong order sent to me and after 2 weeks they tracked down who had my order and asked us to pay postage to swap hoodies. THEY GAVE ME MY HOME ADDRESS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!

Avoid !!Paid £60 for an item in early November for christmas and it never arrived .I was given excuse after excuse and given fake tracking numbers that weren’t even known to Hermes who they were blaming. They have no phone contact so I was corresponding with a guy called Peter Tran who has stopped replying to e.mails .
