Pawlody makes a custom song about someone's pet. You answer a handful of questions — their name, what they're like, the small habits that are theirs alone, the story behind them — and choose a style and a voice. Country, pop, rock, folk, hip-hop, lullaby: it's your call. A few minutes later you hear a preview of the song, free, before you have paid anything. If you like it, you buy it. If you don't, you owe us nothing and you can start again. The full song is a finished, full-length track, two to three minutes long, delivered as an MP3 to your email along with a permanent page of your own. On that page you can play the song, download it, read the words, turn your own photos into a short video set to the music, and print a lyric sheet with a QR code that plays the song when scanned. People come to us for birthdays, for adoption days, for Christmas, and — often — to remember a pet who has died. Those last ones we treat with particular care. If anything comes out wrong, email team@pawlody.com and we will rewrite it or refund you. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee, and we would rather remake a song than keep money from someone disappointed. Every song is made for one animal, and only that one.

Thank you, Sylvia. Billy and Baxter, the most unlikely pair in the pasture, were a joy to sing about, and we're so glad his song brought you tears of joy. He'll always be there at feeding time in that song.

Thank you, Helen. We're so glad the song captured Ted, our curly little clown zooming through the house after his bath, and that it's something you can share with your family. He's with you in a song now, for keeps.

Thank you, Antoinette. Boy was a joy to write for: a Rottweiler who comes running to "Crazy Train" because he knows it's Daddy, keeps Loopy, Ya Ya and Giggles in order, and holds firm opinions about wombats. Give Monstang a scratch from us.

Thank you, Beth. "Remembering our time together" is exactly what a song like this is for, and we're glad the sound did that time justice. Whenever you need to be back there for three minutes, it's waiting at the same link.

UPDATED REVIEW.
Thankyou Pawlody for reaching out.
Ive replied to your email.
I have to say this is a positive and immediate response from Pawlody.
I would say a mishap with emails caused the problem not Pawlody. They have been very professional and its clear they are a caring company. I would highly recommend, 10 🌟.
I received my song. I wasn't that happy with it. I followed the instructions which came with song,'email us if not happy'. I did just that. Ive heard nothing. Seems they have my money so thats it!!!

Dianne, you're right, and we're sorry. You wrote to us about Beth's song and heard nothing back. That's our failure, not yours, and it's the opposite of what "email us if you're not happy" was supposed to mean. We've written to you directly today: we'll remake Beth's song to what you asked for, or refund you in full, whichever you'd rather.

Thank you, Jeannine. A song about Mason that made both of you go quiet is the best review we could ask for. The PetSmart squeaky toy heist and the "ARE YOU READY?" hat moment deserved to be sung about, and we're glad his daddy heard it that way too.

Thank you, Candia. Zam sounds like he earned that name, Shazam: the horse who proved you wrong by being the best one, who loved a musical ride and patrolling the parks with people stopping to say hello. We're glad his song was worthy of him, and honoured you've trusted us with your girls too.

Thank you, Anne. Alfie sounds like he ran the house: supervising the bed-making, appearing the moment the fridge opened in case there was butter, and his fluffy rat never far away. We're glad his song brought him back the way you knew him.

Thank you, Avril. Twenty-seven years with Tara is a whole life together, and we're honoured her song caught her: the neck rubs, the mud churned up along the field, and Tara Two Two with her two white socks. Whenever you press play, she comes to the stable door again. Thinking of you.

songs I wrote were great/I'm a musician ..vocals were great, only problem is they didn't put words in there that I wanted when they did they changed the song which requested wanted same song. Requested refund since went back/forth forever, $14.99 twice shorted me penny so figured they weren't too bright. But cust svc was good, response time good.

Thank you, Kathleen, for the honest review and the kind words about our support. You're right about the tricky part: when we swap in new lyrics, the song is generated again, and keeping the exact same melody is not always something we can guarantee. We should have said so upfront. As a musician, you'd have wanted your words on the tune you already loved, and we're sorry we couldn't deliver that. The missing penny is a rounding quirk from two half refunds, not a comment on our arithmetic, and we'll happily send it over. Thanks for giving Lt's song a go.
