Over 30 days since I ordered
Over 30 days since I ordered , no food received , no emails answered , no contact whatsoever , appalling customer service , currently trying to get a refund through my bank , would advise people to stay well clear
Nothing received, no refund
We had our dog food on subscription from Jess at Paws Pet Food but we noticed recently the orders were taken weeks to arrive from payment. Following payment of the last order i removed our bank card and paused the subscription however 4 months we have not the dog food and as such received confirmation we would receive but nothing has been received. We have respectfully chased this but still nothing.
I never received my order
I never received my order. It’s been 44 days since I placed the order, the money was quick to be taken out of my account and the food was never delivered. No one is responding to me and the service is utterly terrible. I will never recommend this company or use it ever again
Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. non existent customer service. Ordered SBT food on the 03rd Dec and I've still not received it. No communication from thecompany either. I've tried the useless telephone numbers on their website, waste of time they go to voicemail. I've emailed twice, messaged and used their contact form and nothing. I'll be contacting my bank to recover the payment I've made for the food. I am now left without dog food and will have to buy from elsewhere. AVOID this company.
No delivery and zero refund.
All went well until the food stopped turning up, then the excuses started, the communication was terrible, the refund she said she’d give I’m still waiting for.

Jess from Paws Pet Food explained all of the different grain free large breed food that they stock and recommended some samples for Poppy to try before we made a large purchase. Excellent customer service throughout. Felt like a really personal shopping experience, thank you 🐶
