PayAngel has not released my money…
PayAngel has not released my money since 12th May,2026. They said they have voided the transaction and yet still the refund is not back to my bank account almost 2 months ago. There’s a big issue between me and the recipient. PayAngel has stop replying to my text and calls. The receiver keeps calling me every day for his money. Why are you guys treating me this way?

Refund not received since 12th May
I made a transfer of 2000 pounds, the money was on pending until I contacted PayAngel and they made me sent my transaction details. After they blocked my account and told me the money has been voided back to my account for no reason. Since 12th May,2026 they have stopped picking up my calls and not replying my WhatsApp messages again. They reply me Anytime I text them with a new number but they stop replying after they see my transaction details. I called my bank but they said there’s no incoming transaction. Now there’s a big issue between me and the sender. Why are things going this way?

Very useless company
Very useless company. You guys have kept my 2000 pounds for about a week and you keep asking my private documents. Foolish people you can never take this money. I will report you to the financial authorities in UK if I don’t get my money back this weekend
