Speedy, easy and helpful. The platform is very straight forward and easy to navigate. They advanced the money the next biz day, instead of having to wait 45 days for the transaction to close.

It was definitely great to have been paid at an earlier time due to financial circumstances, the only issue is that they are all over you if your deal doesn't close in time, in which as real estate goes sometimes it gets set back further, so it was added stress in an already stressful time. Would use again, but only in worst case financial scenario.

Great deal !! They blow all of the other commission Advance companies out of the water. The only other thing they could do to make their business better is to advance agents on their listings. These guys did everything they said they would do.
