WOW! This is Merchant Processing Support? Until having a call with Nick on my first Pay Junction support call, I always assumed frustrating obstacles, automated systems, and other hurdles were just inherent in dealing with all merchant processing companies. Hello PayJunction and Nick, who was knowledgeable, very proactive with suggestions, thorough in his training, and gave flexible options for communications and onboarding with him. And he answered my call right away! Gosh, I didn't know merchant processing could be this way!
