Haven't Been Paid for a Job Done Years Ago
PayPixl has a genuinely great idea, but the way they handle their pilots and communication has been extremely disappointing.
I have requested over five times to have my email address changed and have yet to receive a response or resolution. On top of that, years ago, I accepted a job to capture a location, went on-site, and delivered the media, only to later be told the assignment was an old job that appeared due to a system bug. Despite completing the work, I was never paid.
I was told the company was struggling financially, and I was willing to be patient and wait for payment. However, I have since reached out to the owner multiple times and have been completely ignored.
It's frustrating to see a platform with so much potential treat the pilots who actually do the work this way. Good ideas mean very little when communication is nonexistent and people who complete jobs are left unpaid.
