Unprofessional company

I have called over 7 times to let them know about my transaction with transferring funds to my bank account that I never recieved . Each representative I spoke to act like didn't see transaction and gave me false information about my account. They said they were doing investigation but never ask my to provide proof of transaction , or never email me at all.

Carlos exceeded my expectations on professional, knowledgeable and kind customer service. Not being technically savvy it’s rare to find someone patient to answer all my questions. He is an excellent listener and explains everything in an easy to understand way. Have not had this kind of superior customer service in a long time. He’s an asset to your company. He created an amazing experience that made my day!

PayQuicker App

The app seems to be very secure and allows me to accomplish my desired tasks. If I ever need assistance, which is rarely, the customer service team is easily accessable and solves my issues.

Komisch, dass so viele Nutzer unzufrieden sind und hier warnen. Ich komme in mein Konto immer gut hinein, habe noch keine Debitkarte dafür und noch nichts auszahlen lassen, ich denke das wird reibungslos klappen.

Former Multi-Level Organization Leader: Retaliation, Hidden Fees & Zero Transparency — I Will Not Return

I was a multi-level organization leader with my direct sales company — and even at that high level, I was never informed of the hidden fees, security concerns, or lack of transparency involved with PayQuicker.

When I rejoined the company and accessed my old PayQuicker account, I was shocked to find a negative balance. A fraudster had attempted 15+ charges on my account. Thankfully, they didn’t succeed — but PayQuicker still charged me $2 per declined attempt. How is an unsuccessful charge not providing the actual information for the card considered "declined"? Altogether, PayQuicker removed $48.50 from my account without my knowledge or consent.

After I originally left the company, I received no communication about how to access my account, that it remained active, or that any fees could apply. The account only existed because it was the only payment method allowed — and there was nothing intuitive to suggest it would continue running indefinitely.

Even worse:

No monthly emails
No transaction alerts
No notification of a negative balance
No statements sent to my email

After discovering this, I had six consultants I had re-recruited who found the same problem. With firm persistence, they were able to get their fees refunded — but that shouldn't be necessary for something they were never warned about.

Then things escalated.

Shortly after we all pushed back, PayQuicker attempted to re-issue the fees.
They also retaliated by blocking my access to withdraw funds from my own account.
A senior executive from my direct sales company got on a 3-way call with me and PayQuicker, and even they acknowledged it appeared to be clear retaliation.

Eventually, I had my account reinstated, but I gave the DS company 30 days to provide me with a new, secure way to be paid.
They didn’t.
So I have since walked away from both PayQuicker and the company — and I will not return.

PayQuicker’s handling of funds, customer communication, and lack of transparency are predatory and unacceptable. For a financial service provider, their actions raise serious ethical and operational concerns.

If your company uses PayQuicker, I strongly urge you to re-evaluate that relationship immediately.
And if you’ve ever had an account — log in now. You may be losing money without even realizing it.

As of July 1, 2025, Pay Quicker has quietly posted inside the account portal that they have raised their inactive account fee to $10 a month. Of course, there has been no communication sent out to their account holders.

1 Stern ist noch viel zu gut. Mein Konto hat nur einmalig funktioniert. Seit über einem Jahr bekomme ich keine Antworten oder nur völlig banale Ausflüchte. Zahlen muss ich dennoch jeden Monat, sodass meine Provision nur dafür drauf geht und ich nicht an mein Geld komme. Auch die gezahlte Kreditkarte kam nie an, obwohl ich zig Mails geschrieben habe.
Für mich eine klare Abzocke und daher kriminell.

Hilfe gibt der Support nicht, nur irgendwelche vorgefertigten Antworten. Etliche Male sollte ich Screenshots einreichen die belegen dass ich nicht in mein Konto komme. Es gibt immer wieder Fehlermeldungen die es laut Support gar nicht geben kann. Alles läge an mir, meinem Browser oder was auch immer.
Unfassbar dass dieser Verein tatsächlich legal sein soll 😡😡

Worst company I have dealt with in 34 years. They want your personal information to send your company a payment. They have been holding our money for months. If you get a Rene or Jessica, ask for their supervisor.

This company and app are worthless

This company and app are worthless. You can't even find were to login from their main website. It doesn't show any transactions that have been processed just a bulk sum. The coders of this app need to scrub it and start over.

I setup a corporate account with…

I setup a corporate account with payquicker spent big money to open it & even told the dev team I didn’t need it right away because my company was still coding out our system. The company said that it was fine and could sit itle with api ready to go so we ran some backtest on their software at the time was pretty ancient however worked alright.
Fast forward to today I login to my bank account and i apparently an inactive custom now and they took my monies no just in the account but to set it up.
So my corporate account and customer accounts all disappeared with zero explanation but accounts can’t said idle in banking regulation which is a line of dung.

To top it off I was never even notified my accounts being deleted let alone I never received 1 document of inactivity or notifications nothing!

Go with hyper wallet or bitcoin or anything else besides payquicker
Just Google “Mass payout option” don’t fall for the low upfront they don’t care about your business.

Their support is non existent and nobody knows what they are doing its all titles and show.
Wasted my time energy and money on this stupid company.
They are lucky I haven’t done my press release yet.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne…

Eigentlich müsste ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Eine absolute Katastrophe.

Kunden-Support Null. Verstehen kaum Deutsch und geben eigenartige Antworten (vermutlich über ein schlechtes Übersetzungsprogramm).

Debit Kreditkarte wird einfach zugeschickt, obwohl garnicht explizit ausgewählt. Ist vermutlich irgendwo im Kleingedruckten.

Konto aufgrund meiner Network Company allerdings leider nötig. Da ich die Löschung beantragt habe, weil ich nicht wusste, dass ich nur noch diesen Pay Quicker Quatsch nutzen kann, wollte ich die Löschung zurücknehmen. Nicht möglich. So zumindest die Antwort von Pay Quicker. Und nun?? Wie komme ich an meine Boni der Network Company?

Hab ich auch noch nicht erlebt, dass man etwas stillgelegtes nicht wieder aktivieren kann. Bei Pay Quicker ist es offensichtlich so.

Unbedingt Finger weg, sofern möglich. So einen unfassbar schlechten Laden hab ich noch nicht erlebt...
