Kat the HR Manager - Ghosted me for a 30 minute phone interview. I was told by the staffing agency to pick Friday, and select any time slot. So, I picked Friday for 3:00pm. It was 3 days before Kat was able to let me know if there would be any cancellations. I received an email confirming my interview. Since, I was ghosted, I realized that she literally has no skills, or Kat - wanting to even work for Everware. Kat - hates working for this company because she is blowing off potential candidates. Kat- has no experience in communicating. Face-it! She Blew-It!
Everyware's support team is amazing
Everyware's support team is amazing, anytime we we need help or have had challenges with the system they imminently respond with a solution and a fix. Everyware has been a great payment processing system.
What a game changer
We changed from the terminal to Everyware a little over a year ago. I could not be more pleased with the system. It allows our customers to be in control of the payments and allows us to get paid quicker. We have had no issues nor any unhappy customers so I will say that Everyware has changed the way we collect payments. With no hassle or no charge backs.
