Easy order and delivery

Easy to order my spec online. Received updates on the progress of the order. Laptop arrived when they said it would. Laptop is working as expected. Im happy with this service.

I had a vey postive exprerience with PC…

I had a vey postive exprerience with PC specialist,I had a build in mind for gaming but wasnt sure so i built to their recommendations and ive had my pc for 3 weeks now and i couldnt be happier.
i would highly recommend PC Specialists.

Laptop Issues

My Laptop has a couple of issues. since day 1 I've had random crashes which causes an auto restart. The screen freezes which forces me to turn the laptop off and on again. Lastly the battery doesn't seen to last that long even on balanced mode. the battery starts at 100 and goes to low 30s in about 3 to 3 and a half hours of use before I have to charge again.

Great pre-built PC at good discount

Website ease of use: Great,
The ordering process: Great, though the description carries a note about Corsair discount which no one seems to know how to avail of,
Communication: When you're able to get them on chat, great. But getting hold of is a challenge.
Quality of product: Looks amazing and very professional get-up. Will know about the quality of the components when more time has passed, won't I? The warranty appears good - hope never have to use it.
Customs: If you're in Ireland, order from pcspecialist.ie and include VAT to make sure that the Irish customs is handled already during ordering.
Delivery: On spot. DPD great as usual. Product is packaged nicely with stablising foams inside and outside.

Solid, Satisfactory and Superb

Returning customer

Long story short. Will definitely buy from here again. Last laptop lasted me 9 years, with self upgrades on RAM and HDD to SSD storage thanks to its easy modular design.

Current laptop, I'm not sure if it's as modular, but given the spec I have, i7, 2070Ti, 32Gb ram, 1TB ssd for the price I bought it form, I'm very pleased. And I'm hoping it will last as long as my previous laptop. Been very easy to use, powerful enough for my needs, good keyboard (which I was slightly worried about), and just well built over all. The only downside which is inevitable, is the decreasing number of USB A ports these days. But given motherboard manufacturing and tech trends, this is not the company's fault. If I had it my way, I'd also include a CD drive but that's probably asking for too much....

Overall, one happy returning customer with 9 years out of the 1st laptop, and about 4 months into using the 2nd. Here's to more happy gaming and usage!

Received my new computer this morning…

Received my new computer this morning and, so far, so good for me !
Packaging was good enough and DPD are always careful with deliveries anyway so I wasn’t worried.
Between order and delivery, there were a good 10 business days. Seemed too long only because I was looking forward to get my new toy ahah
But delay is most than legit as the computer has to be built, tested, etc… If they took more days, I wouldn’t have minded as it is for the good cause.
Anyway, I hope it will work as long as it can, my previous computers lasted 7 years and were still working but just out of date for recent games.
Thanks to PC Specialists for building the computer of my dreams and for the really well done website (helps you choosing the right components so they can match together).
Thanks again ! Back to WOW now lol

Order 3147618 and supplemental add-ons.

Components good but not impressed with build quality.

I can only assume positive reviews are for prebuilds. My experience on a bespoke build has been very poor.

Cable management to rear involves simple cable tying all cables en bloc and then stretching wires to fans etc.

Would be quite nice to access my HDD / SSD bays.

3 intake fans added and were not all placed in same orientation. Just looks messy in a prominent location.

Really no evidence that care was put into this build.

AiO pump failed on arrival.

RAM modules are bios compatible but not software compatible with Ryzen Master or GIGABYTE Control Centre. Cause software or system crash even when XMP deactivated in BIOS.

Some of the wire routing options at the front make no sense when there are hidden options everywhere.

Overall, I do not trust that any effort was put into my build.

I think PCS should be embarrassed by what they provided for a so-called expert service.

So far, after sales have been excellent and are the only reason I have not simply returned the product.

When I pay for a service I expect quality. Something off the shelf would have been better than what I received. I will have to redo all the wiring myself, I have to replace the AIO myself, and all this for a bespoke build.

A very unhappy customer

As standard, our systems are cable managed to ensure they are tidy and to reduce the risk of wires becoming dislodged in transit. We are sorry that, on this occasion, the result has not met your expectations. We further appreciate your comments about fan orientation and wiring presentation, and this feedback has been passed on to our build team for further review.

With regard to the cooler, we understand you reported unusual noise with the cooler, not long after receiving the goods, and i can see that we discussed the warranty options with you and that a swap service was chosen (where a replacement part is dispatched and exchanged at the door) This is a premium service offered by our courier which we provide as a courtesy to reduce downtime and inconvenience. However, customers are always able to return their system to us for repair under the standard return-to-base warranty if they prefer.

We are also sorry to hear about the stability issues you have experienced when using third-party software. Please be assured that all components are tested for hardware compatibility during build and QA, but some tools can behave unpredictably as they may alter more than the intended settings. This is why we always configure our systems at a BIOS level as standard. That said, we remain keen to work with you directly to better understand the nature of the problem and to help identify a suitable resolution.

We are glad to see that you have found after-sales support helpful so far, and we will ensure that continues until everything is resolved to your satisfaction. Please be assured that your case is being handled with priority, and that we value your business and feedback as an important opportunity to improve.

Quick and easy

Quick and easy once you do your own homework prior (ie: What ydo you want the pc to do and what parts you want)
Quick build times.
Neat internal Cable management
All tested prior to shipping.
my on;y downside is about the site itself as I believe years ago it listed prices next to the parts.
Now the prices are either gone apart from the global price listed up at the top or you look them up elsewhere.

Excellent Service!

The website made it very easy for me to configure the PC I was looking to buy.
I was kept informed of the progress during building and testing, and my new PC was delivered within a very reasonable time frame.
I had an issue during the initial setup of my Microsoft account, so I called the help desk and one of your associates (Christopher Wan) was extremely helpful, and got me up and running in no time.
Overall, great service, and would highly recommend PC Specialist for anyone looking to upgrade.

Easy-to-use website made picking out…

Easy-to-use website made picking out parts very fun and tractable for me as a PC-building newbie, and there was a very welcome amount of transparency about the whole build process. The ability to save quotes was useful as I slowly learned what parts I wanted. The build time itself was speedy and the quality of the end product has been top-notch. I've had zero complaints with my experience using PC Specialist, adore my new machine, and would absolutely shop here again (although admittedly I spent a lot on a great rig so it won't be for some years yet).

Faulty GPU, Failed to remedy, no solutuion!

I've had to file a complaint to the ECC about PCSpecialist despite continuously pleading with them for a fair solution within my statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

I purchased a high-end gaming PC from PCSpecialist in September 2023 for €3,845. In May 2025, the system began freezing and crashing under any 3D load. After thorough testing, I identified the RTX 4090 graphics card as the source of the issue. I raised a support ticket and requested service under the GPU’s three-year manufacturer warranty, which they acknowledged.

After shipping the GPU back at my own expense, and waiting weeks with no updates, they later returned the exact same unit with the same serial number and the same fault still present. When confronted that the unit was not replaced at promised, I was told it must have been repaired instead. At no point did they inform me a repair had taken place, nor did I consent to one. This violates my right to choose the remedy under EU consumer law.

When confronted, they shifted their explanation without offering a solution. I even offered a compromise, proposing a newer GPU replacement of an RTX 5090 to avoid escalation. Failing this I requested a full refund for the entire system as I am entitled to, due to the failed remedy. They refused and demanded I send back the full PC for further testing without any commitment to refund or resolution of any kind.

After nearly three months without a working PC, having received no acceptable resolution and being met with vague deflections and poor communication throughout, I have now filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre regarding their breach of EU Directive 2019/771.

I have acted in good faith at every stage. PCSpecialist has failed to resolve the issue, denied my rights as a consumer, and shown no willingness to take responsibility. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from them, or pray to god your expensive equipment doesn't go faulty, if you do.
