Customer service was excellent! Every day we would be getting updates through emails like your package has been dispatched, your package, has been built and stuff like that.
And we even got a photo of the pc before it was delivered!
Delivery came within 1 - 2 weeks!

From start to finish my experience was excellent. The support team helped with a couple of initial configuration queries (on RAM / SSD / Graphics card) specificallyt tailored for what I would use the PC for. It was great to be ab le to follow progress as the machine was built, tested and delivered. When it arrived (on time) I was really impressed with the build quality, welcome pack. Had a slight issue with Windows 11 licennce which was solved in a matter of minutes. Based on my experience I would highly recommend anyone to use PCSpecialist for a high spec machine.

Although there was a problem with getting a certain graphics card which held up delivery, the company did find me an alternative and discounted the overall cost for me. The computers are powerful and fast and well constructed.

Fantastic PC. Fast, smooth and reliable. It exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed that it only took 8 days from choosing and ordering the PC online to having it built, tested, and delivered from another country. Definitely worth the purchase and I wish I had ordered it sooner had to I of known it was going to be this smooth and swift

Well-configured and built desktop PC. Does a good job when it comes to medium-sized FEA analysis and design of building structures.

Highly recommend PC Specialist. Had a few queries initially via email and response time was excellent. Custom build component selection was easy. Being able to pay in monthly installments with Humm was very useful to help break the cost up into manageable chunks. Was able to see the progress of the build as it happened......whole process only took a couple of days before it was shipped. Arrived very quickly and was excellently packed and packaged to protect from potential damage in transit. Easy to setup when I powered it up and not full of bloatware like other newly purchased PCs.

I am currently writing this review with the laptop. I went for the gaming laptop, I stuck with the normal spec and just added thermal paste. For the price I paid I could not ask for anything more. I purchased the Elimina Series 17, the laptop starts up well responds well, and plays my games well. I am a long term World of Warcraft player, and for this it really suits my needs. The only issue I could complain about if I really wanted something to complain about would be the sound is a little lower than I would like.

The delivery was within 3 days of purchase, you could see on their website every stage that the laptop passed through. I would definitely use this company again.

Website was reasonably easy to use, we had little knowledge of PC specs but all info was given clearly.
