My document was not completed correctly…
My document was not completed correctly and has blanks! Then when I went to cancel subscription, it won't let me login, stating I don't have an account. Weird since I had to create one in order to pay and accept the "trial". They supposedly are in Delaware, but their customer service hours are Pacific Standard time. Definitely a scam. I want my money back and immediate cancellation!

STOLE MY MONEY
Don't used this company. Their trail is no trail. I was supposed to be charged 1.95 however they charged my card 15.00 . I have screenshot of all this. Then when I got ready to cancel it Said no Subscription was found . This happened 3/3/25 all in same day . I emailed the company to see if they will refund my money.

Everything about this website and the document I needed was terrific with one exception… The requirement of a trial. This other sites promote access to free templates and forms, however, it comes with a huge BUT… It really isn't free when it's all said and done. Ultimately, I will have to contact them to end the trial before I get billed.

No good service
Filled out A Texas DMV form and tried to print it. A dissaster. 2 pages became 6 with only the first page coming out partly as it should.
tried thereafter to cancel the subscription without luck. They kept hanging up the phone.
I will call American Express to refuse to pay this monthly fee
