We were guided throughout the mortgage and protection process by Smriti Shrestha Pun of Swindon branch. Everything was done 100% smoothly without even having to pop in to the office and personally see her once. She was very clear, had full understanding about what she was doing and saying, very patient and superb at "chasing" who needed to be chased for us. In other words, she's like the "mother" to her clients. I would highly recommend this jolly person to anyone.

It's been a journey and we owe it to Peepal's help and support. Surya Gurung bhai was personally involved from the very outset and went the extra mile to ensure that all was on track. Being the director for two companies allows for limited latitude in how much he can do in a typical working day - his brief is extremely busy. Despite all that, he found time to respond to my calls (I'd often call him during after-hours!) and emails. Our initial application fell through for reasons of technicality and here, he was quick to come up with an alternative option which worked to our advantage - very satisfied with the outcome. She'd act upon my request pronto and this quick turn-around meant that the application received the immediate attention of lenders dealing with it.
