If Gateway "manage" your property beware.
We inherited Gateway as a management company when we bought our house. They are expensive, I have to pay a fee £500 to get the pack from them before I can sell.
Beware and put aside the fee so you don't get caught out!

Last time I reviewed them, their head of customer called me (without me requesting it or leaving my number with them) and threatened me with legal action. Keen to see the reply this time.
