We would recommend Pembroke Financial to anyone. In particular Jill Rickson, who has helped us out several times with re-mortgaging and when we moved. She is friendly, efficient and seems to have a better knowledge of the mortgage products than several other financial advisers we spoke with.

I can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Jill Rickson of Pembroke Financial Services for the excellent, friendly and knowledgeable services she provides! We worked with Jill for our original mortgage application and the re-mortgaging of our property and were thoroughly impressed each time. Without her help, I don't think we would have been homeowners now as we had been given less than encouraging information by other mortgage advisers. Thank you Jill for everything!!
