From the quote to installation. I cannot fault the crew at Peninsula Air conditioning. They were fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.They were here on time, Both for quote and install. Friendly respectful and quick. Fantastic company. And now I can be cool in Summer. Thanks to all!

On time, on budget, great installation experience.

The team of 4 were all really polite and great to work with. Ali introduced himself straightaway and was a really good communicator and very understanding. He listened to all my requests and also happily relayed progress to my husband over the phone. They replaced an old ducted system and did a much better job. All the cabling under the house was very neat - so much better than the company we had previously used that had taken a lot of shortcuts and done dodgy slapdash work.

Everyone in the team was very polite, very professional, very accommodating, it was a great experience.

I would have given you 5 stars but the compressor was only screwed on with 3 or the 4 M8 bolts, 2 of the 39 were loose. I am not really sure why the job was not finished. I only had an M6 bolt to so fixed the fourth fastening with. Took photos for the record. The reason I noticed is that the compressor was wobbling all over the place.

Excellent service, from the initial visit to the installation. Quick, efficient, and everyone was very clear about the product and how it would be installed.
The split system unit is very quiet and cools our large bedroom very quickly. We have had Daikin split system units in other parts of the house for years, so we know the product is good.
We always try to use local companies and are happy we did so this time.

Very happy with the service we received. The guys were polite, helpful, & respectful. They left the area clean & tidy. Overall the dealings with the company couldn’t have been better, especially Sako, who came to oversee the whole project. The girls in the office that we spoke to over the phone couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful. Will definitely use Peninsular Air again & thoroughly recommend them.
