The absolute worst customer service of all time! I have reached out 5 times and get no response or answers. I haven't received my product ( I ordered 14 units) and I have been asking the approximate shipping time, no response. They will not answer emails! I don't even know if this a real business or a total scam! I have requested a refund, but likely will not hear back from them.
Waited months for the product to arrive, so long in fact I ordered it from another source and when I tried to cancel my order they ignored me. Don’t order from them, their customer service is appalling and their product is over priced. Much cheaper alternatives online
Ordered items June 2022 - they never came. They offered replacements - they never came. Ordered a sharpener that never came this year. They were amazing for so long but not now -- not sure what happened but I would not order
Ordered 6 month subscription 12/14/21 and received only 4. Mind you it took a year to get those 4 and they have no refunded me for the 2 remaining ones. I got the same excuses as the other review about being understaffed and slow product deliveries. Nice concept but poor execution and now their email is disabled
Total scam + credit card deductions for some membership. Never received the product either.
They did not send receipt and later I got 10 dollars deducted from my card for some membership I never asked for. I just bought equipment.

I ordered items from the Penalty Box in January, 2022. It is now almost December and I still have not received them. I have reached out several times and have been told supply issues, workforce issues, shipping delays etc. They offered me a free item due to their poor service, but I haven't received these items either. I have requested a full refund and waiting for a response which is delayed because they are "understaffed".

I love the Penalty Box. They offer great deals on Hockey related items … training tools, clothing, household items, just for fun items … you name it. The customer service is the absolute best! They also do amazing community outreach and support through their related not for profit Penalty Box Foundation. I love supporting them and when I need anything hockey (and now some other sports, too!), Penalty Box is my first choice, every time.
