We are very pleased with our conservatory and cannot praise the service received enough! From the first contact with Nia, who guided us,offering suggestions and ideas to get the best possible result, to Aaron whom I cannot state enough how professional and helpful he and his team were , especially during the intense hot weather we had during installation, and for all the attention to detail showed. Superb service from this company, from start to finish.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Peninsula to anyone.

Been a few months since Peninsula Windows came and fitted our new front door in the middle of nowhere and I am very glad to say there has not been any issues with it at all. From the initial conversation, the home visit and throughout the installation I could not have been happier. Excellent service, prompt responses, neat, tidy and professional at all stages.

We are delighted with the outcome and would like to commend them in the highest possible terms, particularly Nia for her assistance with the design and Kyle and Ryan, who carried out most of the installation work. Had a new front door with arched frame and side panels to replace a cheap and nasty old one. The frame had to be a bespoke one to fit the existing opening in the brickwork.

Nia in particular was friendly and helpful with the choosing of the right options to give us the look we wanted. Sian who measured up knew his job exactly and gave us good options for the fitting to ensure that the door cleared the existing floor which had quite a slope on it.
The fitters themselves were friendly, polite and skilled leaving us with a completely satisfactory end product.
We would have no hesitation in using this company again for any of this sort of work.

I needed to replace two very large roof lights and had been recommended Peninsula by two other people.

Ashley worked well with the design and estimating team and, when we encounter some snags, ensured that a solution was found within the original budget. We had a new front door fitted by Peninsula, the team were really easy to talk to and help us decide on which door would be best suited for us. We were booked in and the door was fitted by a professional and friendly team, I can’t remember the guys names but they did a fantastic job!

We contacted Trefor from Peninsula. to get a quote for secondary glazing. We found him very approachable and friendly, we were given a brilliant insight into what the product would look like, so we decided to go ahead and have them fitted.
The surveyor came out as promised and was very unintrusive and quick at his work.
The fitters were brilliant, they went to protect our carpets straight away before fitting the windows, they were clean ,tidy and very well organised, they also explained the mechanism and gave us a demonstration before they left to make sure we understood how to use them straight away.
I found the whole process from start to finish easy and hassle free.
We're so happy with Trefor and his team that we've decided to go with them again and are in the process of having more windows fitted .

From our first contact with the sales team (Trefor) we were impressed. We really appreciated the lack of a 'hard sell' approach which can be so off-putting, and his advice on the slate for our porch was invaluable. The initial impression continued with every member of staff being highly professional and inspiring confidence, from the professionalism of the survey (Shane) to the sterling work of the team laying our unusual slate tiles (Jay)! And finally we could not have asked for a more competent installation team (Gareth). Everything was beautifully and skilfully finished and the disruption kept to a minimum. Thank you!

Peninsula managed a project for us, installing a large balcony, replacing some windows, replacing drainpipes and facias, rendering etc. Trefor and the team were very professional and the work was completed to a high standard. When we found that the balcony needed reinforcements due to the severe weather we sometimes have they were able to find a good solution. I would recommend this company.

From the very start when we met Ashley we knew that we would have good service and this proved to be true. All issues, and there were many, were dealt with efficiently and with ease. Once the planning was completed the building work was carried out on time by experienced workers who knew exactly what was needed to answer our needs. The aftersale experience has been excellent

I can’t speak too highly of Peninsula Windows.
My porch roof started leaking back in December whilst I was away. The porch was installed by Peninsula more than 25 years ago. I telephoned them and they immediately sent someone to do a temporary repair.
Decided to replace the roof with blue glass. Work was completed yesterday. It looks great. I’m really pleased with it.
The whole process was straightforward. My particular thanks to John who sorted everything out and Arron
and his guys who did the fitting.
